Universal air miles - Blackout dates?

I am about to order four three day - 3rd park free tickets and just noticed the site mentions “ blackout dates apply”. There is no mention in any of the terms and conditions about what those dates are.

Has anyone purchased these and did the actual ticket mention any blackout dates?

I think it just refers to the fact that the ticket expires.

• Purchase by Feb. 12, 2020.
• Use by May 22, 2020

Be careful that you purchase the correct ticket. There are base(one park per day) and park-to-park available.
