Upgrading magic bands And check your original choices

Yes I’m gonna get DH to call and see what happens
Fingers crossed! I'm glad I didn't choose one as this sham would have really stressed me out! hopefully by the time I have to have chosen mine (70 something days) they might have worked out whats going on and give me new options otherwise I guess I'll be getting a green one lol

DH called and was told to order 30 days before using the voucher. Any further out then the resort won’t hold onto it and they will not ship it to our house.
What an absolute shambles of a way to do things. Been reading that some people have not even been sent the voucher so I suppose DH was lucky

Well at least that's an option I guess but ys lucky you got the voucher from the sounds of it!

    Today was my last day to order. I somehow got the Mickey bday one for my DD and the sorcerer one for my son. Paid and everything. When I log onto my account it shows a plain band. I will be so upset if the ones I FINALLY got to order are not the ones that are sent. Is there anything I can do about that??

    Mine showed the plain ones for weeks after I ordered (I was one of the people who ordered on the first day, when they vastly underestimated who would upgrade), but they sent me a confirmation last week that the upgraded ones have been sent to the resort. So you should be OK as long as you've had an email confirmation? MDE is just really slow to update.

    I think I managed to upgrade my band last night, I've had to emails confirming it, but who knows as everything seems such an effort with this Haha.
    I couldn't get the one for my dad, and mine wouldn't go through when I was trying to upgrade both. Only worked when I did mine separate.
    It's no big deal, we'd all deal with plain ones if we had to...
    Last time we got old ones from character warehouse for $2 so maybe we can score there too.

    I finally managed to order mine tonight after weeks of trying and I got confirmation emails so hoping they’ve gone through ok coz I’m delighted I got belle 🥰
    It’s also showing on MDE next to our name a pic of our upgraded one so fingers crossed xx
