We were told by the CM at Pop last year to make sure that when we checked out that the front desk did not close your porfolio.....not sure what that meant, but figured it must mean, once the resort shows you are officially gone, then you file is closed. She said when that happens, the restraurants have to called the resorts and get verification. We made sure we had used all of our credits the night before we checked out, just so that there were no surprises later that last day.
