We've mostly not had to wait more than a few minutes. This last trip, the longest wait was at House of Blues, Jiko (although that was partly because the texts they sent to me didn't arrive on my phone although the one for Boma the day before did 
).
Over the Christmas holidays, the only one we waited at was Citrico's and that was about 1/2 hour. We actually got seated 1/2 hour early for Teppan Edo (we asked if they had any earlier seating times about 45 minutes before our scheduled ADR) and 15 minutes early for Morimoto Asia.
