Water sports/zip lining near Aulani or on Big Island

I posted this in the trip reports section by mistake over the weekend. Thought I might have better luck in this thread:

My family will be visiting Aulani for six nights in August after spending six nights on the Big Island. We would like to do some kayaking, paddle boarding, and possibly zip lining. Can anyone recommend the best beaches on Oahu to go kayaking and paddle boarding and to rent the equipment?

My husband and I are not interested in zip lining but our teenage sons really want to do it. I've seen some good places to go zip lining especially on the Big Island but all of them take several hours to do. Has anyone found a place to go zip lining that is less time consuming but still good on either Oahu or Big Island?

We're actually headed to Hilo in a few days before headed to Aulani and our DD wants to zipline as well. The two places we found on the Big Island offer experiences that take around 2.5-3 hours as well as making a full day tour out of the experience. Wow! Those are two great options. Thank you! For Zip Isle at least, it looks like my husband and I could enjoy the waterfalls and trails while the kids zip. My youngest is 10, which works out because it looks like 10 and older can zip without a parent. Yes please - it would be great if you could report back. Have a great trip! We have to wait until August and are counting the days.

This is the place I booked with on Hawaii. I'm not sure how long it takes though. My husband hates ziplinning so I will be the only one zipping but they have a walk along option. So he will walk along and be able to watch the first four zip lines, then we all meet for lunch, then the zip tour continues on and the walkers head back. We will be there in about 8 weeks.

We had a BLAST! DD ( 8 ) was ready to do it all over again. 8 zips over 3 waterfalls. DD was big enough to do the first zips on her own (with a little push) but she had to go tandem with a guide for the longer zips. She didn't mind as it meant going faster.
