[Please Help. We don't know when to to go August or Feburary?

Aug is always hot, crowded & rainy....Feb is much nicer (in my opinion)., especially the first two weeks. It is less crowded and much cooler. It can get nippy in the evenings, but that is better then the hot & rainy Aug afternoons.....
