Welcome home booking

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew whether I would be able to get a Welcome Home booking with my new direct points purchase even if I have resale points purchased last year and already have used those for a trip last spring?

No welcome home booking on that. You are not considered a new owner.

Had you made it a condition of purchase maybe. But calling MS for it you won't get help in all likelihood, and any help you get is pixie dust.

What do you get with a Welcome home visit? We just bought 75 direct at OKW and our guide asked us about what we are considering for our 1st stay. I had know idea this was a thing.
