what did you get your kids for christmas

Nothing. I still have a birthday to go yet, then no more paychecks until after Christmas. Going to be a not-so-nice Christmas for the kids this year.

I have three boys, 15-21

box of ramen noodle variety from our local Asian market
new bedspreads/blankets for their beds
one is getting a new phone
new tires for middle son's car
video games
cash
clothing
middle son is my T-shirt kid and he is getting a memory blanket of all his high school performance shirts (ordered, I am not making it!)

Santa is bringing the LOL ski chalet to the 9 year old and the might pup lookout tower to the 3 year. From us they are getting clothes, books and a couple of craft items.

Kids are ages 8-14. One daughter has not given us a list and has us mostly stumped on what to get... :headache:

Girls: iwatches (one daughter has a hand me down series 1). One is getting airpods. Need to buy one a rifle for color guard. A few Frozen shirts, sweaters, make up accessories, Panic at the Disco shirt and beanie. Frozen bedding.

Boys: Nerf guns, new ipad (their current one is from 2014), Bey Blades, hot wheels, t shirts, Pokemon video games, books,

DS age 14 will be getting a new phone he need and what he really needs is a reall mountain biking helmet. His normal one is not good enough( he does real mountain trails with ramps. Then a few small things like Donald Duck socks and he'll get a kick out of this 2 gallon size box of cheese balls. But He came home today with his mid-year report card. OMG! so proud of him he totally has been working hard and it paid off now. So as an extra surprise most likely the Samsung earpods ( is not an apple fan)

DD 13, apple ear pods, hoodies, selfie halo light, swarswoski swan earrings. some other girly stuff.

both got a new couch a month ago for their "playroom" , grandma paid for half as a xmas present.

My favorite is the stockings. I buy and collect fun stuff over the year.. funny thing...

And everyoone gete lotto stratch offs in their stockings..

My kids are older and they got their big gifts already.
My dd got Jonas Bros tickets and a hotel stay back in August. I've picked up some make-up she wanted for under the tree. She requested cash for something specific that I can't buy, so I'll give her that too.

My one ds needed an upgraded laptop for a program he was using in school, plus he wanted a gaming one so we offered to pay half as his Christmas gift. He wont have much under the tree due to the cost of that.
I got him some wireless headphones, and a hydro flask to open.

My other ds's iphone died last month so I got him a new "7". I got him airbuds for under the tree to go with it and he doesn't know. He's also getting a pair of sneakers and polo hoodie.
I tried to spend around the same amount on each of them.
They'll all get stockings filled with practical but fun things.

I'm insane. I bought the tower. The small one. Then I saw the big one. I bought that intending on returning the small one. Reading the box for big one, I noted the "sold separately" parts, so I bought those at $14.95 each times 5. *Facepalm*
I decided to atone for my commercialism by donating the first new and unwrapped tower to Toys For Tots.
