wondering what type of identification is needed to pick up race packets - is it possible for one person to pick up for the group if we send the confirmations or does every person have to go individually? Photo ID if just confirmation needed? Also what do they get with the bib? Do they get their shirt and medal too or is the medal at finish

Everyone needs to pick up their own bib. You use an ID and sign your name. For challenges they will take your photo as well.

You get a bib, then pick up your shirt separately. Medals are given at the finish.

Yep, everyone needs to be present to pick up the packet though I'm sure that isn't the case for the kids races. Hopefully someone can confirm a parent can pick up for a kid.

As for ID, if you can use it to fly and it has a picture that should be good enough for rD.

Correct a kid doesn't have to be present for kids races.

First you go to the building with the bib pickup, then you take that to the building with the shirts (generally in the same building with non-rundisney merchandise) and show it to get the shirt(s).

If rundisney merchandise interests you, it's a great idea to go to THAT building (or area of the building, depending on what event weekend you're doing) first.

A driver license is fine, all adults must be present and pickup their own bib. Children do not need to be present. Note there are different lines based on individual corral assignment and race type (5K, 10K, HM, Challenge). The wife and I always have to separate, once in the building. It's easy to navigate, there's tons of helpers and signage that will point you in the right direction. To save a few minutes, have your waiver pre-printed and filled out, otherwise you have to stop at the computer station and print one. Once you have your bib, then there another station for the shirts and swag. If you are participating in a multi-race challenge, they will take your picture with you holding your bib.
