I would pick Boma over Sanaa (Love the bread service and butter chicken) but I believe that Boma is only open for breakfast and dinner ( love the dinner buffet there-- never been for breakfast)

Oh right sorry. Should have clarified Boma for breakfast or dinner versus Sanaa for lunch.

Bf and I are headed there in September, 9th - 19th
Jaleo (going to do the magical dining menu, not dining plan here)
Teppan Edo
The Wave (breakfast)
Le Cellier
Tusker House (10:30 so we can get both b-fast & lunch)
Story Book Dining @ Artist Pt.
California Grill Brunch
Sanaa
Biergarten

Oh and 2 BOG reso's, one for breakfast and one for lunch.

Right now, I've booked:
Tiffins
Mama Melrose's Fantasmic! dining package
Via Napoli
La Hacienda
The Plaza breakfast
Tony's Town Square (ugh I know... but this was exclusively for the parade package since we'll be going around Christmas and I expect the waits/jockeying for a spot to be a pain as usual for that time of year)
Skipper Canteen
Teppan Edo
Monsieur Paul / Jiko (still can't decide on this one...)
Be Our Guest dinner
Trattoria al Forno character breakfast

Still 1) desperately trying to get a V&A's reservation and 2) deciding on a Disney Springs restaurant for the final day, since there are so many interesting-sounding options!

FP selection yesterday
I have 6:10 Plaza on Sunday party night and
Sci Fi for our DHS day
Canceling everything else

I would pick Sanaa for lunch, especially if paying out of pocket. The food quality is better and you have enough light to view the animals. I went to Boma breakfast and dinner when we stayed at AKL and wasn't impressed with either meal, plus the scene there can be quite chaotic.

For our upcoming (still kind of tentative trip since we haven't even looked at flights) we are taking advantage of the free dining offer. We're staying at Wilderness Lodge. So far I have picked up:

PPO BoG breakfast (will drop if they bump MK park hours earlier)
PPO Garden Grill breakfast
Tiffins Lunch RoL package (got rained out last time)
H&V Minnie's Seasonal dinner
Whispering Canyon dinner
Storybook Artist Point dinner (just snagged this one for Christmas night! Yippee!)
and BoG dinner (haven't done this since our first trip 5 years ago, excited for new menu!)

Since BoG and Tiffins are both 2 credits I feel like I should drop one of them. Gotta spend some time with the dining calculator. It might be free dining but I still want to maximize value for our credits.

We're activating our annual passes in November; so to make the most of them, we're going every time we can manage to sneak our son out of school and renting DVC points from others. I've made ADRs for 3 trips so far; and Valentine's day just opened today!

First trip will be the week BEFORE Thanksgiving, staying at Beach club DVC Nov 16 - 21 - so hopefully light, but grandparents are coming in for the trip, so needed to make sure we had good sit downs:
11/16 - Disney Springs for D-Luxe Burger (Walk ins only); HS: Oga's Cantina for drinks; hopefully into Docking Bay 7 for Dinner.
11/17 - Breakfast @ Room; EMH morning in HS; then off to Epcot; Dinner @ La Hacienda de San Angel at 7:45pm to wait for fireworks view tables; Food & Wine walk and eat mostly though.
11/18 - Breakfast @ Room; MK Lunch @ Crystal Palace character buffet (2:45) (I always aim for 2-3pm lunch reservations to sit down and cool off during the hottest part of the day. This should give us enough time to see the Parade then head in for the reservation).
11/19 - Epcot: Breakfast in France, then Lunch @ Via Napoli - Eat to the Beat - one of the cheaper ones and I love this place; plus this is the last day of the concerts and am thrilled with the D'Capella group! Otherwise, it's Food & Wine, I don't need more reservations.
11/20 - Breakfast @ Room; Hollywood: Savi Workshop and Oga's Cantina again! This time for grandparents and Dinner @ 50's Prime Time
11/21 - Breakfast @ Room ; Animal Kingdom: Lunch @ Tiffins' for River's of Light package; will do counter service otherwise.

2nd trip is straight on Christmas; so not messing around on ADRs here; Staying at the Polynesian DVC
12/21 - HS - Dinner @ Brown Derby
12/22 - Breakfast @ Room; Disney Spring; Lunch @ Chef Art Smith's Homecoming; Still thinking about Dinner, maybe just quick service at Polynesian
12/23 - Epcot; Taking the risk of eating around the world for the Holiday; Dinner @ Kona at the Polynesian.
12/24 - Breakfast @ Room; HS - Lunch @ Sci-Fi Dine-In, Dinner @ Hollywood & Vine, Minnie's Seasonal Dine; Hoping for some sort of Star Wars dessert party to open reservations
12/25 - Poly - Xmas Breakfast @ Ohana w/ Stich!, Epcot - Xmas Lunch @ Garden Grill w/ Chip & Dale; Epcot Xmas Dinner @ Via Napoli Candlelight Processional VIP
12/26 - Breakfast @ Room; MK - Lunch @ Jungle Navigation Co; Dinner @ Be Our Guest

3rd trip is a very off week, other than Valentine's day itself; Boardwalk DVC; Willing to wing it a bit more with lounges and quick service that take Tables in Wonderland.
2/10 - Epcot - Lunch @ Arts & Crafts booths; Dinner @ Via Napoli (Yes, every trip, it's my favorite!)
2/11 - Breakfast @ Room; Lunch @ Counter Service; MK - Dinner @ Jungle Navi
2/12 - HS - Breakfast @ Oga's Cantina; Lunch @ Sci-Fi Dine-In; Dinner @ Counter Service
2/13 - Brekfastt @ Room; AK - Walk ins only; honestly, bored with table service in AK.
2/14 - Breakfast off property; Epcot - Lunch @ Arts & Crafts booths; Dinner @ Takumi-Tei

I've got November settled now (I think). I added a couple.

Morimoto Asia dinner
Tea at GF
Skipper Canteen lunch
HEA dessert party
Plaza lunch
Tusker House (Thanksgiving dinner)
SciFi lunch
Oga's for evening drinks
