Can I take advantage of EMH on my first day if I have a temporary pass for a Dream Passport or do I have to wait until 10am?
What time can I gain entrance using a temporary Annual Pass?

I know this because that is how we went in early our first day. Yes they let you in early with the voucher for the dream passport.
