I'll PM you...but HAVE been doing some research on our 50th anniversary trip in 2021. Looks like we're going to have to go with AUGUST ...our actual anniversary date! Did NOT want to have to deal with the heat but DGD's schedules are going to be a real challenge!

I'm looking at summer of 2022 it will still be WDW 50th and it will be our 30th anniversary. I can't believe how much the prices jumped at AoA family suites because of the goldolas. It's like a deluxe price. I will definitely need some kind of discount.

I am thinking our 50th trip will be around the same time as this one some time in November

how ever I did not think of going in 2020 because yes the anniversary will still be going on. we better start saving more so we can get DVC for that trip haha save some money on the resort stay

ALL the resorts are getting VERY expensive! You might want to look at just getting 2 adjoining rooms like we did at the POP last year. I'm pretty sure that's the route I'm going to have to go for our family trip. If DD wants to use her DVC points she can but the rest of us will be staying elsewhere. We were hoping she could save enough for a Grand Suite but she'll use most of her points next summer when they go on the girls senior trip with 3 of Redstorm's friends and their mothers. The current fall 20% off most rooms is helpful and LOVE the free dining thing but don't think anything like that is available for AUGUST!

Real temperature topped out at 103 this afternoon around 4:30; we now have a "cool front" creating a itty, bitty amount of rain but the temperature is down to 86 and feels GREAT! That 17 degree difference feels AMAZING!

I don't think our temp even reached 86 today. Fall is in the air. It's been cool at night down in the 60's and few nights it dropped into the 50's I had to close windows. Cooled down the pool quite a bit. Saturday is a high of 70. Then next week back to the 80's.
