Were is the cheapest place to eat at SW, but is still good quality??

Lots of places.
Cheap pizza and fries is found at Mama Stellas, located near Kraken.
Voyagers, located in the new water front area, gets you wood oven pizza and fries for a little bit more, but it's worth it.

The cheapest place of all is your car. Pack a cooler, come out at lunch time, eat, go back in. Only negative here is the extra walking you'll do.

A very long walk one way to save money is to buy the souivener cup for juice which is refilled at a cheaper price also lat year we took in some sandwiches and pudding cups in a small cooler
