Who exercised Wed, Thurs, or Fri, 11/26-28?

I thought I would just combine the rest of last week into one thread, just to keep it simple...

Here are my workouts:

Wednesday - walk/jog for 40 minutes in the morning, Curves workout after work

Thursday - walk/jog for 40 minutes

Friday - walk/jog for 45 minutes

Anybody else?

Wednesday I did the 3 mile WATP but nothing on Thursday and Friday.
 
Nothing on Wednesday.

Half-Marathon walking on Thursday 3 hours 13.1 miles.


Nothing on Friday, still needed some time to recover.

I was sick again this week plus the holiday, so I only got in two workouts, but at least I got in the two that I did.

Question: does anyone know how the exercise clippie works....I am on 4-1/2 months of faithful workouts until this week, do I lose my status because I was sick or do I subtract a week? I would hate to have to start all over again just because I got sick.
