Will they deliver luggage to cabins like at the hotels?

I know check in isn't until four, but we also have Hoop-Dee-Doo at four, so I'm wondering if we could leave our bags at the front desk and they would turn up in our cabin?

Yes when you check in at the Outpost just check your bags with the Luggage handlers and they will deliver them to your cabin. Check in is officially at 3pm but if your cabin is ready when you arrive you will be able to access it then. Either way you will be fine enjoy the Hoop and your stay.
