Having spent may happy years on the DIS (I joined in July 2000) and meeting many wonderful people,I am very disillusioned at present.
After the abuse and nastiness leveled at me on the debate board purely for having an anti-war stance,the level of the abuse upset me even hours after reading personal comments made against me.
Of course I will no longer read the debate board where apparantly anything goes,not sure what the mods on there deem unaccepatble but personal abuse is to me unacceptable?
I no longer wish to sponsor a site where I am abused for having a view that war is never the answer.Can I withdraw my sponsorship done recently please?
If I cannot withdraw it now,can I make sure that my sponsorship is not automtatically renewed when my year is up?
