World Showcase Passports

Hi all. Been a while since I've been to WDW with a kiddo. Have an upcoming trip with my girlfriend and her 7 year old daughter who is obsessed with traveling. Are the World Showcase Passports still available? And are there still areas in each country where the kids can get them stamped and whatnot?

You can purchase a passport in the gift shops and get it stamped and signed at each kidcot stop. These are pretty reasonably priced (around $12, I think) and look pretty neat, very much like a 'real' passport. Or you can collect the new kidcot cards they are handing out at each of the kidcot stops for free. These are cards that describe a bit about each country, a CM will sign or update it with something specific to the country, there is a themed picture on the back to color and you get a sticker for each country you can put on the cards or on the little 'ziploc travel suitcase' (a ziploc bag decorated like an old world suitcase). We tried these recently and really thought they were cute. More info:

If her 7 year old daughter is obsessed with traveling, you might think about both the new Kidcot cards and the passport. I think the new Kidcot cards are great, but my DD loved the passport. The passport comes with stickers that are photos from the actual country (not the EPCOT country). My DD definitely would have wanted both at age 7. The passport used to be $9.95, but I think they raised the price to $11.99.

Thank you all for the info. Good to know that the Passports are still available. Think she'll love having something to carry around to each country. The new Kidcot cards seem very interesting as well. Very happy to hear that there's still a focus being put on kids activities throughout World Showcase.
