Xmas help please

As you probably all know now the long awaited xmas prices are out!!!
We stayed in the Pink Palace 2 years ago and just had a few questions about a couple of the other hotels.
1. Do you still get to go into the park earlier if you stay at HNY or NPB?
2. What are the differences in the breakfasts in the HNY and NPB compared to DLH?
3. Do the characters still appear at breakfast in the other two hotels?
4. Are the other 2 hotels much further from the par?
5. In fact are there any main differences that anyone can think of?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

yes you still get extra magic hours. you get this with any disney hotel

the characters do meet n greets in the morning at all disney hotels. the hny is just at the end of the village and the newport is right across the lake from the hny.

you do still get a hot breakfast in the hny but i dont think you do in the newport.
