Zune & video podcasts

I know this doesn't relate to these forums, but I haven't had any luck asking Microsoft about this. I can download the video podcasts from Zune Marketplace and view them on my computer, but not my Zune. They are listed under video podcast on the Zune, but there is no icon that says they have sync'd with it on the computer, and when I play them on the Zune it is actually the audio podcast for that day, not the video. Anyone have a Zune that knows how to correct this problem? Thank you.

Try asking this on the community board, you might have some luck there. I would ask during the week, not late on a weekend.
