On the left is the Lingonberry Cheese Cake with ligonberry sauce, in the middle is the Traditional Rice Cream topped with Fresh Strawberries and Sauce and on the right is the Chocolate Mousse Cake finished with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar
Lingonberry Cheese Cake with ligonberry sauce
Not knowing what lingonberries are supposed to taste like, we dived right in. The cheesecake was silky and creamy and the berries, uhm......sweet......but kinda undescribable. We liked it!
Traditional Rice Cream topped with Fresh Strawberries and Sauce
The rice cream was VERY VERY plain. If this dessert didn't have the strawberries and sauce on it, it would be too plain. The Rice Cream wasn't even sweet. I guess we were expecting it to taste like our american version of rice pudding. Furtermore.....if there were fresh strawberries on that plate....I am CINDERELLA! Those strawberries were no more fresh than I was to Jasmine asking her to belly dance for me!
Chocolate Mousse Cake finished with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar
Uhm....what can I say....this was no different than a "Lil Debbie" cake from the corner store. Hershey's chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. Honestly? It was kinda dry.
