*Crunchy Beef Casserole*
1 lb ground meat. (Hamburger, or turkey)
1 box rotini noodles (boiled and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatos
4 oz shredded cheese (we use cheddar)
French's Fried Onions
Salt, Pepper, garlic salt and seasoning salt all to taste (I love salt)

Spray an 8x8 Casserole dish with pam.
Brown ground beef, and also boil noodles at the same time.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine beef and noodles in the noodle pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and or seasoning salt. Next, add can of soup, tomatoes and cheese. Blend well. I also add a few FFOnions at this time.
Pour into casserole. Pop in oven for 25 minutes uncovered. Then top with more FFOnions and cook for 5 more minutes, or until onions are browned.

SOOOOO good!

I haven't read all of this post so I don't know if these or similar have been posted.

I make a dish called Pizza Mac. I use all of the things that I like on my pizza pepperoni, black olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms that I mix w/ ragu. I boil a pack penne rigate noodles and mix with the other ingredients put it in a baking dish and cover it w/ mozzerella cheese then bake till cheese is melted.

I usually fix a green been casserole w/ it. I use 2 14.5 oz drained cans of french style green beens, 1/2 a cup of kraft grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of progresso italian style bread crumbs, 1/4-1/3 cup of olive oil, and a few sprinkles of garlic powder and onion powder. First I blend the cheese, bread crumbs and any seasonings I use together, then I mix all the ingredients together in the baking dish that I plan to use. I bake it in the oven for about 15-30 mins @ 350. This serves 4.

My dh makes a hamburger casserole. He boils a pack of egg noodles. He browns 1lb of groundmeat w/ chopped onions. Then he adds a 14oz can of tomato sauce and lets that simmer for 10-15 mins. Then he adds a package of cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and regular size cottage cheese and the egg noodles places it all in a baking dish and covers it w/ shredded cheddar cheese and bakes for 15 mins @ 350.

you are making me really hungry:rotfl: the green been casserole seems easy enough for me to make since I am a disaster in the kitchen.:rotfl:

This is easy and you can make in in the morning, store in the fridge and cook when you get home.

4 chicken breast (cubed or whole)
2 cans cream of Chicken or mushroom(somethimes I will try one can of each)
salt/pepper to taste
1 box of stuffing mix
shredded cheese of your choice

Put chicken in a dish, dump soup on top. Cook 350 for 30 min. With 5 mins left, make stuffing mix on stove top according to directions. Put on top of casserole, spread cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted.

This is very good. You could add veggies if you want.

I tried a variation of this a couple of nights ago. The cupboard was bare and I remembered this posting. I only had cream of onion soup, and a creamy verde soup so I used those. I did add some frozen broccoli and cauliflower. My DH loved it!!! DD didn't like the "sauce" but loved the chicken and veggies. I will try it again with the recommeded soups.

Thanks for recipe:thumbsup2

Taco Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 can kidney beans (drained)
2 cups grated cheese
1 bag of tortilla chips
taco sauce (optional)
lettuce

Brown beef, drain off fat. Add 1 pkg taco seasoning and about 1 cup of water. Allow to simmer about 10 mins. Line a casserole dish with tortilla chips, top with kidney beans and 1 cup of cheese. Top with meat mixture, remaining 1 cup of cheese and more tortilla chips. Pour taco sauce on top (optional--we don't do this & it still tastes great!) Place in the oven at 350 for about 20 mins. or until cheese melts and it is warm throughout. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Really good!!!

No offense, but this seems like more than "5 MINUTES"....

I will vouch for the 5 minute pot roast. I do the same thing, only I use 1 c. wine or red wine vinegar in place of the water. It cooks all day in the crockpot, but only takes 5 minutes to throw it all in there!

Five Ingredient Easy Chicken Enchiladas

2 Large Cans White Chicken Meat
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 bags Velveeta shreds
2 cans green chilis (I use one)
12-16 corn tortillas

Spray with non-stick spreay. Spread 1/2 can of soup on bottom of 9X13 pan. Mix remaining soup, chilis, and chicken together. Layer tortillas, 1/2 mixture, cheese, tortillas, 1/2 mixture, cheese tortillas, cheese

Cover and bake at 325 until cheese melts.

Also, if you wanted to omit the chilis and use green enchilada sauce, you can. I have also added fat free sour cream to the mixture. You can top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream.

This sounds so good my only question is where do you put the olive oil. I am soo not a cook, do you mix it with the green beans, or the cheese and bread crumbs. Someone please answer even if it is only your opinion, I'd really love to make this tonight.
Thanks soo much:banana:

My kids' newest favorite dish.

2 cans chili
1 pkg hot dogs
1 cup self rising corn meal mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 T vegetable oil
1 cup shreaded cheese

In a 2 quart casserole dish, pour in the two cans of chili. Chop up hot dogs and put on top. Wisk together corn meal mix (I use Jiffy), milk, egg, and oil. Pour on top of hot dogs. Add cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

My 10 year old just finished making it for tonights dinner. Dad is working late, so we're having a "meat night". This recipe came from the Dinner Doctor cookbook.

This one sounds good! I love it when a vegetarian recipe pokes its head through. I think we'll try this next week!
