Thank you to all who have posted their critters (especially, for me, cats) and I wish all these fur babies that we love so much and their humans, a wonderful Christmas (Chanukah & Kawanza too).
For those, like me, who are missing a piece of their heart, from the loss of a critter... may you feel them nuzzle you with joy and happiness as you remember them. (I put George's tree up this year, earlier today).
Here is a God wink of sorts for me: Miss Kitty, our stray (LOL) we let in, pawed at the sliding doors to where we normally put up the tree. This is what George would do every year the once the tree was up. He loved to lay under it (and steal bows, which is why he had his own tree in his room).
