PMSers Unite!

Morning all. Someone needs to wake me up cause this pop isn't doing it. I have to much to do today.

WAKE UP!

How was that?

So does anyone else picture the Power Ranger saying PMSers U NITE when reading the thread title?

Off to get my eyebrows waxed. Hope she can do as good a job as my Fla gal did!

:rotfl: When do they go back?

Oh, are you still making beads? I had seen somewhere that people were making beads out of park maps. So last time I was there I grabbed some in case you were interested.
They go back next Tuesday....and I can't wait. I'm going to celebrate the first day with a lonnnggggg nap!!!

Yes..we are still making beads.... lots and lots of beads. We just got ourselves a spot at a large Italian-American festival in NJ.... over 100,000 people!!!!! not sure if we can really handle this 3 day festival...but we hope to sell lots of beads.

We have a ton of park maps from our December trip....the maps are too shiny...and a pain to roll. It was a great idea...cause they were free... but thanks for thinking of us
I am getting acclimated to Maine :goodvibes It was great to see you too, and yes, it was a long *** drive!

My update for those not on Facebook....

I am in the process of divorce. The girls and I moved back to Maine at the beginning of July to be closer to family. My oldest however, will be heading back to Florida on Monday to finish her senior year out there.

Amie, Lila can NOT be old enough for Pre-K :headache:

How is it possible that all the little ones are growing up, yet my age remains the same :rolleyes1

I'm pretty sure baby Lila is only 6 months old, but since MF is a DISer, she's got all highly gifted kids.:thumbsup2

Second day of 7th grade and I forgot to give DS a schedule for his pocket. Now I'm worried. I suck at this parenting thing.:headache:
:rotfl::rotfl:

Ever have them threaded? I love it. They come out so nice. Hurts like hell, but so worth it.

and that is why I havent' tried it yet... I'm a wuss. :rolleyes1

Holy Cow! We're back?!?!?!
Tig, Teva, Caro, Aimee, Kelly, MF, and everyone else! Miss you ladies!

Phors thanks for the heads up!

Sounds like lots of changes going on for everyone. News here is we are moving to Minnesota. DD14 started high school. Still homeschooling DD12. DS6 is in 1st grade and has to be the happiest person on Earth. And I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off.

As for the effect the PMSers had on my life. Well, the biggest impact was meeting Lara. About 2 years ago, my nephew was diagnosed with the same disease that LaraK's DS has, so I was able to introduce Lara to my DSis. So, now, they are EOS friends.

Can you lightly sand them with sandpaper to take off the "shiny" and give them a cool distressed look? I haven't tried it with park maps but we do it with stickers and things in scrapbooking.

I can't go back and read all 9 pages but...HELLOOOOO PMSers..I've missed this (old) thread!

That's great you were able to put your sister in touch with Lara! As scary as she is :scared1:, she knows her stuff when it comes to EOS. :)

Hey Tiffer! :yay: Good to see you here. Facebook is great, but it's not the same.
