Ugh... can't get lunch BOG ressie

Lunch reservation... I've been trying since 6:30am. It's not a FP anymore - it's a reservation. Apparently it's affecting everyone trying to make ANY dining reservations today. I'll keep trying but it's not looking good... fingers crossed!

Have you checked your reservations in MDE? Lots of people, including me, have had their BOG ADR show up after lots of error messages.
 
I never got an error message (unfortunately, I guess). I keep getting No Tables availabe for these times. I will keep trying...

I understand about the lunch reservation now. That comment was directed at the response I quoted, from maccagerl, who said she made a lunch reservation earlier this month.
 
Husband tried this morning and kept getting error messages. He called when he got to work, and they told him all the reservations had actually gone through! A lot of people were actually booking multiple times because of it, so they are having to go in and fix it. Keep trying!
 
I woke up at 5:45 and went online around 5:50. There were plenty of dates up and the site was working fine. I think it just depended on what time you checked and date people were trying to get.

I would keep checking, someone could easily cancel if they booked more than one.

Did you get a reservation number? When I go to MDE, it asks for last name and number, so I don't think I ever got that far in the process. I did see two times initially, 11:30 and 1:30. Really odd. Then when I clicked on the times, nothing really happened. Then just the usual, where you pick your time and it keeps saying no availability during such and such window of times. I WANT TO HEAR FROM THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD SUCCESS!
 
I did get a confirmation number (and confirmation email) for the reservations that later showed up in my MDE. Anything I didn't get to the confirmation screen with my reservation number didn't show up in MDE (nor did I get a confirmation email for). I assume that means those reservations didn't actually go through, just the ones I got a confirmation number for.

Are you looking where it says My Reservations & Tickets under the My Disney Experience heading on the right? All of your current reservations (hotel, ADR's, tickets, etc.) should all be there with confirmation numbers.
 
When I first logged on this morning at 5:58 am EST there were several openings for 1 of my 2 days. I snagged out and it went through with a confirmation page and everything. Dummy me didn't take a screen shot of the confirmation. I tried to get my preferred date (May 31st) and checked other days and times would be available but when I tried to book them I kept getting an error message. I check my e-mail and "My Reservations" page and my new BOG reservation wasn't there so I assumed I didn't really make one and it was a gliche. I tried for another 2 hours. Then when I checked my reservations when I got to work I had 2 BOG lunch reservations for the same day. Since then the system has been down.

As other people have multiple reservations and will be cancelling them I wouldn't give up hope.

Really irritating, because then I try the time before that and just get another message saying nothing available during that window either. Not sure why it just doesn't tell me no availability period for lunch during month of March. So there may be hope yet!!!! When I called this morning it was 5am here in Tx, so I assumed it was 6am EST?? Was I wrong. All the tips I had read said to contact DISNEY at 6am their time, which made no sense to me as the recording stated they opened at 7am. Let me hear some success stories. Just curious as to anyone who made it thru!!

The online reservation system opens at 6am EST, but the phones don't open to 7am.
 
I've spoken to Disney twice on the phone today, once at 7:40 am after waiting since 705, and once at about 10:30 am after about a 10 min wait. Reservations are working now. Turns out that my computer ones from this morning that errored out at the end actually worked, so I had two. I adjusted one and cancelled one. I think the phone might be the best option if you can do it...cause you'll know right then and there if it worked or not, or if you have reservations that you think you don't have!

The only issue I see, is that we have Anna and Elsa FP starting at 3:20. Makes me a little nervous and I sure do not want to rush thru lunch, after it being so crazy getting this res. Since your A&E FP doesn't START until 3:20, you'll be absolutely fine. Lunch at BOG will definitely not take two hours. Enjoy!
 
Still nothing for me! I got an 11:20 at one point and got the error message... nothing ever showed in MDE. Just hung up with Disney after holding for 35 minutes... she had no record of a reservation and nothing is available. Yea, yea... I'll keep checking...
 
I have two dates I was trying for (3/16 and 3/25). I have very limited time frames that work, because I have to schedule my park time around my groups' performance times. (I'm a group tour director for high school bands and choirs.)

I just now got one for 3/25 that went through and is now showing in my MDE. Still no luck on 3/16. I had several on both dates early this morning that went to the end before an error message. None of those appear anywhere in my MDE, so I don't think they went through, as others have said happened to them. I'll come back and report if any of them show up!

I'll just keep trying for 3/16. I just love BOG for lunch. I used to wait in line to go, because we don't usually stay onsite with the groups, so no FP. I love the braised pork, such comfort food. The atmosphere is wonderful inside for a cool break from the park, and on a hot day I love being able to refill my drink several times.
