Favourite Modern Doctor Who?

So... who's your fave Doctor from the modern series? I like them all but have a soft spot for Ecclestone - he had a rough edge to him that the others didn't or don't seem to have, IMO.

10 for me, but I've really enjoyed all of the modern Doctors. I am watching some classic Doctor Who episodes right now though and really enjoying Tom Baker!

Ugh, this is so hard. I started watching with Eccleston and I really love him but I think I have to go with Tennant as my doctor. Love him in Broadchurch too!

11. I also like Capaldi too bad the writing sucked last season.. Kill the Moon was awful awful awful. I loved listen and I'm really wondering where they are going with Missy since she'll be back next season.

I could not after with this more!

I hate Clara slightly less with 12 than I did with 11, but only slightly.

Tough choice. I'd put Eccleston slightly ahead of Tennant, I think, but it is close and I LOVE Tennant in Broadchurch. Then Capaldi, though I don't think the writing has been quite up to snuff for his run so far.

As much as I LOVE David Tennant, I thought Matt Smith has been the best so far.

I really like Peter Capaldi in general, but I think he needs some better stories.

It's a tie between 10 & 11. I love them both but for different reasons. It's too hard to pick just one.

Tennant is my absolute favorite, with Eccleston not far behind. Hurt was fantastic in his brief appearance and I'd love to see his story some time. Never liked Smith too much. Capaldi could be great if the writing wasn't awful, but it is.

Tennant by far. Really love Eccleston as well, and I like Capaldi. Matt Smith was enjoyable at times, but mostly annoyed me.

I love Tennant of course, and Eccleston is a close second. I think Capaldi is a terrific actor and has the potential to be an amazing actor, but the writing has been so terrible that I don't look forward to new episodes anymore. I really hated the Clara/Danny Pink stuff, and it was so dominant that I couldn't really enjoy last season.
