Who's excited about their WDW trip this year?? Tell me about it!!

My countdown is at 30 days! It will be me and my cousin going, we're staying at POP which is a first for both of us. And the first time we've been to Disney together. We're also doing a day at Universal mainly for HP. I've been to the IoA part of it but not the other side and she is a huge HP fan and has never been.

I'll be arriving at the Wilderness Lodge a week from today!!!

We've got tons of character meals planned out, and a day planned out where I visit three parks to try to meet all of the princesses in one day!!! On another day mother, sister and I are going to have tea at the Grand Floridian one day. My little sister doesn't know this, but we're going to have a sister-only bonding evening where we get dinner at Chef Mickey's and have FP+ to meet Anna and Elsa. It's going to be an awesome trip!!!

146 days until our trip!

We will be staying at the Beach Club from Dec 18th through the 23rd. It's my wife and I along with our 10 year old son and 5 year old daughter.

Here's the plan so far:

Friday the 18th - we arrive in Orlando around noon. We will go check into the BC and head to MK for the MVMCP that night. We have dinner reservations at BOG.

Saturday the 19th - this is our AK day (the first time for our family). We have lunch reservations for Yak and Yeti and dinner will be back at the resort at Captains Grille (or maybe just grab something at the boardwalk)

Sunday the 20th - this is an Epcot day/off day. We spent a lot of time at Epcot last year, so we'll spend some time around the boardwalk, have lunch at Tutto Italia, Candlelight Processional at 5:00, and dinner at Via Napoli. I'm sure my son and I will hit some rides in the a.m.

Monday the 21st - MK day. This will be our only rope drop of the trip. Daughter has BBB scheduled at 11:30, lunch at CRT at 1:00. We'll head back to the BC in the late afternoon and grab dinner/ice cream at Beaches & Cream that night.

Tuesday the 22nd - Hollywood Studios. We have a noon H&V reservation w/ Fantasmic. Probably head back to BC shortly after and rest for our night plans of Osbourne lights, Fantasmic, and hopefully the Minnie H&D dinner if we can get the reservation - if not I have a backup 50's cafe reservation.

Wednesday the 23rd - Breakfast at Cape May before we get ready to head home. Flight leaves at 2:00

The good news is we won't have time for the post trip blues with Santa coming two days later - hopefully everything works out as well as our last trip!

The ghosts with shovels at MNSSHP parade.

This is my FAVORITE part of MNSSHP parade!! I was debating not doing MNSSHP this time (crazy, I know) but then I thought of the shovels and sparks flying and this little detail reminded me of how much I love the party and decided to do it lol.

We'll be there Sept 22-Oct 1, staying at POR for the first time :goodvibes

9/22: arrival day, not sure if we'll go to DTD for dinner or keep our Whispering Canyon ADR
9/23: EPCOT, Tokyo Dining dinner
9/24: AK, Tusker House breakfast, possibly Whispering Canyon for dinner if we don't do it on arrival night
9/25: Pool day, MNSSHP
9/26: EPCOT, Beaches & Cream lunch, Hacienda San Angel dinner, maybe heading to MK for evening EMH after dinner
9/27: DHS, 50's PT dinner
9/28: EPCOT, F&WF lunch, Le Cellier dinner
9/29: Possibly DTD in AM, MK evening w/ dinner at BOG
9/30: MK, 8am BOG breakfast (hoping park opening hours don't change)
10/1: Sad day  Headed home

As you can see we mainly stick to EPCOT and MK which are our family's favorite parks. We've got quite a few new experiences for us this time so I'm extra excited!! I'm driving the kids crazy talking about it nonstop lol :jumping1:

Dec. 13-20 with my oldest DD. She hasn't been to WDW since 2012. Her birthday is Dec. 15 (she will be 34!) and I can't wait to celebrate and have her all to myself!

We are going for the first time over Halloween! We are flying in on Saturday and staying one night at AoA before we check in to the Grand Floridian for 7 nights! It will be myself, DH, DD 4.5. It's a special trip because it will be our last trip as a family of 3- I'm expecting a baby in February. We'll be attending MNSSHP on 10/25! We'll be eating at Narcoossee's, Le Cellier, CRT, and several other restaurants in WS. We're doing tea at the GF, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and lots of time at Epcot and Magic Kingdom, plus a couple of days at the resort!

We're 103 days out from our trip and I can't handle how anxious I am for it to be here!

We're going 11/5-11/11

11/5 - arrive mid-day (AASports) and head to DTD for dinner & drinks. (we have a large group for the first few days, so we didn't attempt ADRs anywhere, we're had plenty of luck in the past with bigger groups and not having ADRs so we're hoping it happens again)
11/6 - celebrating my 28th birthday at MK in the morning/early afternoon, potentially a stop at Trader Sam's then Epcot for F&W later afternoon through the evening. Probably rounding the night out with a Jellyrolls stop too. :)
11/7 - Either HS or AK in the morning (depending on the group as we have a few first timers) then to MK at night for some more fun and Wishes
11/8 - the rest of the group is headed to Universal while my fiance and I hang out by the pool and visit some of the other resorts for some drinks.
11/9 - We'll make a game time decision in the morning as to our itinerary for this day. We're switching resorts to SSR this day and the rest of the group is leaving so it's up in the air. Probably end the night at MK for Wishes again.
11/10 - FP+ for the Epcot rides we want to hit like Soarin' then lounging by the pool, going to a nice dinner somewhere (probably Flying Fish which is our fav) and then HS for the Osborne Lights and Fantasmic.
11/11 - 6am flight home so the fiance can head back to work. boo.

Firsts: F&W which I am unbelievably excited for. Trader Sam's. Both resorts we're staying at. I've never been during a non-summer month, so I'm excited to see the Osborne lights, as well.

Nov 30 - Dec 9 @pop
11/30 - Dinner at Raglan Road
12/1 - MK, Breakfast at Crystal Palace, MVMCP
12/2 - DHS, Lunch at 50's PTC, Osbourne Lights
12/3 - AK, Breakfast at Tusker House
12/4 - EPCOT, Dinner at Garden Grill, Maybe Candlelight Processional
12/5 - Taking in some of the resorts and their decorations, Dinner at Cape May Café
12/6 - MK, Dinner at BOG
12/7 - either a rest day or hopping around to a couple different parks, possible Spirit of Aloha show for the adults
12/8 - Dinner at Chef Mickey's,
12/9 - Fly home :(

It'll be first trip for our youngest (DS2), and the third for our two middles (DD9, DS5). Oldest DD30 will be with us too. We're getting two connecting rooms and playing this trip a little more loosely than our last two.

We will be there over the holidays and while we had been anticipating our beloved Villa at Wilderness Lodge, the greedy expansion construction monster intervened. My spouse suffers from a medical condition that requires afternoon sleep. Member Services was very kind and offered a few alternatives. While we were grateful I explained that we really loved being close to the MK and would not mind switching to a hotel room, meaning at the Lodge. Nothing was available for our length of stay but she offered us a room at GF. I asked how much more this would cost us and she said nothing! Now, we have a lot of trips under our belts but could never quite rationalize the money for the GF although the restaurants are lovely, as is the resort so have never had it in the budget to stay there ...until this kind gift!
Si you can imagine we're as excited as a couple of kids!
December 23-30th cannot come fast enough!
Dining dining at Via Napoli for the Candlelight processional Dec. 24th
Flying Fish Christmas Day
The Boathouse, Crystal Palace, and Artist Point. Yum!
Wishing all happy trips!
Auntie Peep

we will be staying for the first time at Music from 11/14 to 11/20. This will be my first trip without DW and the second trip without DS. DD and hopefully one of her friends will be going with us. This will be our first trip bringing old MBs to try and get SDFPs besides the ones will will have on our new bands. I'm not counting on them but it should be fun to try. We won't have FD for this trip as we are using up some old tickets we had from previous trips. We can't wait and I am having lots of fun planning the trip. What makes it doubly exciting is the friend is not certain if he can go so I am having to make plans for both scenarios.

Leave on Thursday for 14 days at BC!!! Our longest trip ever and the first DS is old enough to enjoy (he was 8 months for his last visit).

We are going from Dec. 7 -14. It's my daughter's 16th birthday trip. It will be myself, dh, dd (11), and soon to be 16 dd. We are staying at the villas at the GF for 5 nights and then switching to POR Royal room for 2 nights. Our ADR's include BOG lunch and dinner, CP, CRT, Rose and Crown CP package, and Sci-FI.

Can't wait!

We have 128 days to go for our December trip! I'm celebrating my birthday. I've never visited during this month and i'm excited to see all of the Christmas decorations, holidays around the world at Epcot, go to MVMCP and of course celebrate my birthday in the most magical place in the world.princess: I'm trying a bunch of new restaurants like Kona Cafe, Tusker House, and Sanaa. I booked a birthday lunch at Crystal Palace! All the new stuff at DTD/ Disney Springs looks nice so i plan on spending at least 1 evening there and having dinner at Wolfgang Puck Express and trying gelato at Vivoli.

I've been lots of times and I'm always excited to go.
This time my son and his 3 boys (10 -12-13) are going for their first visit. They have been to Six Flags several times but I tell them that just doesn't compare to Disney!
We'll be at POP from Sun Sept 6th thru Sat Sept 12th.

This is fun!

So excited! Didn't plan to be able to go again so soon after our trip in May, but hubby has a national sales meeting there in November, so we're off to the happiest place again!

Trip: November 15-18
Staying at Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort

Not sure about plans but these are tentative:
Day 1: Downtown Disney/Winter Summerland Mini Golf
Day 2: Resort hopping/MVMCP
Day 3: Epcot

Still looking for ADRs for MVMCP night, deciding on ADRs for Epcot

I'll be arriving at the Wilderness Lodge a week from today!!!

We've got tons of character meals planned out, and a day planned out where I visit three parks to try to meet all of the princesses in one day!!! I tried tea at the Grand Floridian once. It was lovely. That sounds like a wonderful time with the girls! Have a blast.
