#1-ELF mineral mascara- $3 at Target
#2- either Covergirl Age rewind (Ellen advertises it) or Clinique Chubby stick in nutro-nude- it's amazing and i use just tiny bit for great even coverage!
#3- A clinique free gift blusher I;ve been using for 3 years (LOL)
#4-I love Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks, great colors, usually less than $7 at CVS
#5-* Monistat anti chafing gel- $9 a tube, cheap and provides great smoothing coverage.(switched from my clinique brand years ago)
#6-Don't use it
Where did 7&8 go?:magnify:
#9 - usually a skim of wetnwild pale color for about a dollar at drugstore
#10- Oil of Olay 7 step or micro regenerist at night
#11- Neutrogena liquid (looks like water) for face, or CVS equivalent
#12-Neutrogena orange acne wash with 2% salicylic acid
#13 - I use stila eyeliner, it's a paint pen style and stays on very well even in drippy summer
FWIW, what you like will depend on your age and your skin type too

I'm also a fan of Clinique. Even thought it's not exactly budget, you can buy during their spring or fall Bonus Days and get a bag full of bonus items.

Foundation, blush, concealer, eyeshadow: I use mineral makeup from everydayminerals.com They always have a special of some kind if you bundle together several items, currently it seems to be a buy 2 get 1 free deal. I haven't had any problem with creasing. They have some different formulations based on your skin type.

1. Maybelline Discovery Lash or Loreal telescopic
2. Maybelline Superstay Better Skin foundation
3. Citycolor blushes are awesome, long wearing and $5. I wear the color blackberry
4. I like liquid lipsticks. Revlon has one that is beautiful, ultra hd matte lipcolor.
5. Rimmel Fix and perfect face primer is great, as is Milani's eye primer.
6. I love Rimmel's concealer in the tube, can't remember the exact name right now, as well as the Maybelline fit me concealer and the Maybelline better skin concealer.
10. CeraVe night moisturizer
12. I use philosophy purity face wash, which is not budget.

1. Mascara that does not Smudge or Flake - L'Oreal Voluminous Original. Wipe the mascara-loaded wand with a tissue before swiping.
2. Foundation that does not go on dry and in creases - L-Oreal Paris Visible Lift, applied with sponge.
3. Blush - Don't really use it, but, L'Oreal Paris True Match, applied with sponge or fingertips.
4. Lipstick - Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick, L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipliner.
5. Primer - L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base
6. Concealer - L'Oreal Paris Visible Lift
9. Eye shadow that does not crease - L'Oreal Paris Infallible 24 Hour Eye Shadow
10. Facial Moisturizer - L'Oreal Revitalift Day Cream, also Night Cream and Eye Day/Night Cream
11. Facial Sunscreen - L'Oreal Revitalift Day Cream w/ +18 SPF
12. Facial Wash - Basis Soap

Those are my budget go-to's.

FWIW, I have allergic reactions to nearly every product on the market but L'Oreal. L'Oreal, in addition to being a really clean (they sell in France and those women know their stuff) has great product preformance. Revlon's lip color is fantastic and doesn't bother me at all.

L'Oreal's luxury brand is Lancome, which I also love. I have good luck with Estee Lauder. Didn't care for Elizabeth Arden or Clinique (didn't do a thing for me).

Can't use any other budget brands like Cover Girl, Milani, Aveeno, etc.

1. Mascara that does not Smudge or Flake- Bare Minerals Buxom
2. Foundation that does not go on dry and in creases- Bare Minerals original powder
3. Blush- physicians formula
4. Lipstick - red apple lipstick
5. Primer- bare minerals
6. Concealer- sephora brand, they have a ton of shades and has a silky texture that works better on my dry skin
9. Eye shadow that does not crease- for me everything creases after all day as my eye lids are a bit creased, but the best is red apple lipstick. they blend really well.
10. Facial Moisturizer- yes to carrots and simple
11. Facial Sunscreen- l'oreal, banana boat, or neutrogena
12. Facial Wash- yes to carrots

some are not what others consider budget but i average it out. i do try to avoid gluten whenever possible and parabans. physicians formula items i have gotten very cheap as they often have sticky coupons and they will go on sale/clearance at drug stores on a regular basis. for bare minerals i buy at sephora and will stack ebates/ibotta with beauty insider discounts (right now they have 10%off) and giftcards to bring the cost down. red apple lipstick frequently has sales and the quality is so amazing i don't mind the price at all.

10. cereve facial moisturizing lotion am (w/ spf 30) and pm
11. cereve facial moisturizing lotion am (w/ spf 30) or kiss my face spf 30
12. cereve hydrating cleanser

I don't use any of 1-9.

1. I love cover girl clump crusher
2. Cover girl outlast 3 in 1 foundation
3. Wet n wild color icon blushes. Only $4.99 at Walgreens and so pigmented
4. I am liking liquid lipsticks right now so I am obsessed with the NYX liquid suede. For a traditional lipsticks the Rimmel moisture renew ones
5. I do not uses primer often but I like the maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser
6. I use the NYX HD concealer
9. My two favorite drugstore palettes are the e.l.f mad for matte and cover girl tru naked roses. I do recommend an eyeshadow primer with it. I use the essence I love stage eyeshadow base
10. The e.l.f daily hydration moisturizer
11. My foundation has spf
12. I use the biore baking soda cleanser. It is gentle yet my skin feels clean

1. Mascara that does not Smudge or Flake CoverGirl Last Blast in the orange tube. I always come back to it no matter what I try. (I will give a don't like-the mascara in the pink and green tube. I find it horrible and I am not sure why it's won so many beauty awards:confused3)
2. Foundation that does not go on dry and in creases Bare Minerals. Been using it for years.
3. Blush Sephora brand baked blush (and sign up for the Sephora VIP program and get free samples, earn points, a gift on your birthday!)
4. Lipstick Burt's Bees
5. Primer Do you mean Eye primer or face primer? Eyes=Urban Decay primer potion. Not exactly "Budget" but a little goes a long way and it takes forever to use a tube. Face=ELF face primer. It's amazing.
6. Concealer Clinique. It's the only one that matches my skin tone.
9. Eye shadow that does not crease Urban Decay. Yes it's $50 for a huge palette but they go a long, long way. I've had my Naked palette since 2011 and haven't hit pan yet. And I use it pretty much everyday. Also a good eye primer will help creasing too!:thumbsup2
10. Facial Moisturizer The yellow Clinique lotion
11. Facial Sunscreen Neutrogena Age Shield Face, Sunscreen SPF 70
12. Facial Wash Clinique is my holy grail. But I love Clean&Clear Morning burst as well.

I love this thread! I'm a bit of a makeup junkie, and spend more money than I would like to admit at Sephora and Ulta. Although I pay for the prestige brands a lot of the time, I'm always looking for budget options. I'll have to try everyone's recommendations!

My picks:
1. L'Oreal Million Lashes Mascara (I'm not going to lie, it does flake a little compared to my favorite Benefit mascara, but it is the best drug store mascara I've found.)
2. I haven't had much luck with inexpensive foundations. I currently love IT Cosmetics CC Cream, it has done a lot for my skin.
3. Again, not really budget- I love Tarte blushes. I have had one for three years and it is maybe half gone, so I think it was worth it.
4. Revlon Color Stay Balm Stain- decently long lasting. Wet 'N Wild matte lipsticks are also good.
5. Don't have a favorite yet.
6. Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer- I bought a MAC concealer and went back to this because it works better for me.
9. Bare Minerals are my current favorite eyeshadows (I know, not budget). I usually save my Ulta points to buy palettes so I don't feel the sting of the cost.
10. Avalon Organics Vitamin C moisturizer- I use this at night and really like it. I bought it at Target but it looks like they stopped carrying the brand, so I either have to find somewhere else to order it or try something new.
11. Don't use one, will definitely check out everyone's recommendations!
12. Shea Moisture African Black Soap Facial Wash and Scrub- This works so well to keep my face clear! Avalon Organics Vitamin C Refreshing Cleansing Gel- This is my more gentle daily cleanser. Same problem as my moisturizer, though.

I don't wear a lot of makeup but I love the Burt's Bees tinted lip shimmers. $5 a pop is pretty budget.

1. Mascara that does not Smudge or Flake: L'oreal Voluminous
2. Foundation that does not go on dry and in creases: I tend to stick with BB cream these days, because I am An Old...but I like the Maybelline ones a lot!
3. Blush: Milani Luminoso
4. Lipstick: I am a screaming MAC fangirl, but Maybelline's in the shade Touch of Spice is one of my go-tos!
5. Primer: I use the Smashbox primer water, but have heard good things about elf and NYX.
6. Concealer: Maybelline Fit Me
9. Eye shadow that does not crease: They all tend to after a while, but for daily use I like the Maybelline Color Tattoo cream shadows.
10. Facial Moisturizer: Neutrogena
11. Facial Sunscreen: I go mid-range and splurge on the Shiseido for that one.
12. Facial Wash: Neutrogena

ooo I need to edit my #2 answer!:cool1: I use the clinique or covergirl foundation only in winter when my skin gets dry, once it warms up I only use Bare Minerals loose powder.... it's great for not settling into lines, but with cold/dry conditions my (aging) skin needs more moisture...

Primer and foundation in o e - I love the Cover Girl with Olay. For years I used Lancôme primer and foundation and stumbled upon this and am a total convert now.
Me too! Love the Cover Girl with Olay! Its amazing and one container lasts forever! I use Maybelline Mascara. I don't wear a lot of makeup and I have never spent a lot on what I do wear.
