Everything You Do, CELEBRATE YOU! - Polynesian - Club Level - TPV

Well hello there my long lost sister wife!!!! I've missed you! Haven't talked to you in forever!! I have been majorly MIA from the DIS lately. Life has been a little cray cray to say the least - we went on a mini vaca in July, Jacob turned 7, we moved, and school just started again. But hopefully now that things are settled down I can continue with my regularly scheduled DIS-ing :thumbsup2
I'm all caught up on your always delighful TR but I was super behind so just going to reply to the most recent post ;)

It’s October 1st!
HAPPY 44TH BIRTHDAY MAGIC KINGDOM!
HAPPY 33RD BIRTHDAY EPCOT!

And Happy Halloween Party day to us :cool1:

WOOHOO...super jealous you got to do MNSSHP! I had a blast when we went a few years ago!

It’s hard to describe, like a cookie / flap-jack / granola bar type thingy.
Although I don't know if those mean the same things to you and I
The language barrier between American-English and ... (proper) English can be a problem for me. :thumbsup2

Like this??

:rotfl:

I could have done the right thing and alerted the millions of people waiting for the bus.
But there was a monorail pulling in, so I just hopped right on.

tumblr_mqqa1v9LhI1sbzba2o1_500.gif

No judgement here, I would have done the same!!
rCefmN8nQPYUU.gif

Then I went to Mouse Gear, and bought myself two hand sanitizers:

28387698833_d0c5059756_b.jpg

Those are so cute!! Dang it Disney, just take all my money now!
l0MYFP02fx0N06oTu.gif

I saw Kermit and Miss Piggy:

28972270856_cd705eab2d_b.jpg

OMG, I love this!!!! I never go for F&G either, these are too cute!

But I think I'll stick to my own method, thanks.

Makes perfect sense to me! ::yes::

You two are so cute!!!

This is how a princess smiles, right?

28384991574_19a6b115bc_b.jpg

Definitely, last time I checked! You nailed it :rotfl2::rotfl2:

We made friends with the CM and chatted to him for a while, and as we were about to leave he told us to go off and have fun, and he would hold our place in line!!!

Whoa! That is so awesome! What a great CM :goodvibes

I got a big group hug and we posed for some photos together.

29004537525_583248fa1f_c.jpg

This is the most precious picture! I love it!

Just look at these costumes.
They are SO cute!

28971890906_826caaecfd_b.jpg

They are seriously adorable :lovestruc

I’m not even the biggest fan of Hocus Pocus, I don’t actually think I’ve seen it all the way through.
But a villains show is always fun, and the Sanderson sisters were excellent!

UMMMMMMM WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'VE NEVER SEEN HOCUS POCUS ALL THE WAY THROUGH?:eek::eek:
Katie, you are seriously missing out my friend!! Hocus Pocus is one of the best Halloween movies OF ALL TIME. PERIOD.
You need to rectify this travesty immediately!

She kinda reminds me of someone…

28928031711_0f9bb98b62.jpg

Could that be…

I'm crying :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Clearly stood in front of us is Nicolas Cage, in an Aladdin costume, in a Boo costume, IN A MONSTER COSTUME.
We're onto you, Nicolas.

He thinks he's so sneaky but we know the truth!
Hhbea19lrGa9G.gif

For the photo, Jamie was offering me a bite of the poison apple

28928211231_0f30bff137_c.jpg

Nice one :thumbsup2:rotfl:

All caught up!! Can't wait to read more!

Noooo flap jack does not equal pancake, don't be so ridiculous. :rotfl2::lmao: THIS is British flap jack:

medium-46-2908-flapjack.jpg

It's just like oats and syrup and sugar and deliciousness.

What the heck is that thing?!?!? That, Jack ain't no flap! Maybe you could call it a thudjack. Or a brickjack.

That's pancake to us!

NONSENSE!!!

This is real flap jack

medium-46-2908-flapjack.jpg

I love that you guys are able to separate during trips and be totally cool with that! ::yes::

He's more balanced than me, he likes to be able to chill by the pool so I GUESS I have to let him. Just kidding, it's fine! Although I do prefer being in the parks with someone.

Eek your shorts look super comfy!

Girl they were so cheap and so comfy!! :lovestruc

Taking notes perhaps???

Quietly yes  although on the serious side, I don't think we'd get all of our friends and family all the way too Florida, so a Disneymoon is more likely!

Girl stop, bye. This is creepy.

:rotfl2: I LOVE IT.

However, it would be really cool if you could incorporate this into your Boardwalk wedding! Perhaps they'd let you borrow it?! Should I just stop with the wedding wishing??? Seriously, I need a friend to get married there ASAP!

Maybe I'll take my dress and I'll have some artistic Disneymoon photos taken at the Boardwalk, gazing out of the window, and see if anyone notices that I'm sitting on this guy.

CEL-XbNVAAAUnK7.jpg

Same, why do they always get the good stuff?

Right?! I prefer a lot of the mens designs, and they rarely have a female version... and I don't want to buy a men's tshirt because the sleeves come down to my elbows and they're not fitted at all :sad2: WHERE'S THE JUSTICE.

:laughing::rotfl:Giving me the giggles tonight!

 Good!

"Abso-floggin-lutely!"

1)I hope you know where that's from
2)I hope I didn't just curse at you
:scared:

Gahh I recognise it... I want to say... Hook?!

My 2 year old nephew was eating this yesterday for lunch and I immediately thought of you:hug:

Oh I'm so glad you see uncrustables and think of me.. :rotfl2: that is hilarious :lmao:I'm 5 years old.

You must! I feel like I say that for every Disney movie, but for reals, it's so cute.

I just noticed this weekend that The Good Dinosaur became available on our TV system so I've got it downloaded (no idea if your TVs do the same kind of thing - but as a disclaimer - it's a legal and legit download! )

Of course everyone wants to, it's freakin' Jack and Sally! They are everything :cloud9:

You are the Jack to my Sally  (ye you're the boy soz.)

This reminds me of the Pocahontas battle scene

hqdefault-jpg.188352

Howwwww looouuud are the druuuums of warrrrrrr

Do they have a really thick accent?

YES. I can hardly understand them. This is how they talk, and at the end there's a bonus Geordie (Newcastle) accent - where @BibbitybobityLu is from!

I KNEW you were going to do that! :rotfl2::rotfl:You wouldn't have even had to post the Aladdin picture for me to get it right away! What is up with these faces, Disney??

Like are we supposed to pretend that Boo doesn't look like a serial killer ?!

Don't you hate that!? Your heart starts racing, you start sweating, you're in the corner like

gip3hy-gif.188354

But thank goodness you found it!

Haahah I was Stewie, only I was surrounded by trick or treat candy

Protein from the peanut butter, Calcium from the nacho cheese? I'd say that's a well rounded meal.

What's that quote about how people will do bad things if you can convince them it's for a good reason.. Well you've just convinced me this is healthy so I might just eat uncrustables and doritos for the rest of my days :teeth:

I love that they don't hand out cheap candy! Never heard of Peanut Chews before though:confused3

Omg the Peanut Chews were m favourite!!! You're not the only person to say they don't know what Peanut Chews are... strange.

I've also realised that your Milky Way is our Mars Bar, and our Milky Way is your Three Musketeers?!?! IT'S SO CONFUSING.

tumblr_lqaugqTu7q1qk51ee.jpg

candy-bars.jpg

:faint:

Also, I see you at Disneyland!!! Hope you tell us all about it :goodvibes

Your TR's are always the most entertaining. I love it....until there isn't anymore to read >:(. Geeeze. LOL

What a great night at the MNSSHP you guys had. Looks like you had a ton of fun. The Pooh and the gang are freaking adorable in their Halloween Costumes. OMG. Looooooove. Love yours and Jamies shirts as well.

Can't wait to read more!

Hey, thank you! The halloween party was so much fun, I can't wait to go again this year, hopefully we can meet more villains this time!

So jealous! NO...NO WE ARE NOT :crazy2::headache:. I've probably mentioned it before but DH isn't the Disney fan I am or that I wish I could make him (trust me...nearly 14 years I've been trying). I do have to give him credit that he has gone on nearly 20 trips with me in that 14 year time period and we always have a good time. After our honeymoon he made me promise that we would take AT LEAST 1 year away from Disney and travel elsewhere - really, who does this!? Gawd, anyways we went to Thailand and had a fab time, but it isn't Disney. SO 2016 will be a non-Disney year for us as much as it breaks my heart:charac2:.

HOWEVER.....one of my friends cousins is getting married at Sea Breeze Point in April and he is attending (he's never been to DisneyWorld...what kind of life!) I may be weaseling my way into that trip with my friend HAHAHA. DH only said WE would take a year off...not that I would take a year off. Very important detail don't you think? So we shall see.

I've already started our plans for 2107 since I am depressed to be missing my Disney bubble this year. We've got (he doesn't know it yet) quite the trip planned for 2017. December 26 - 30 2017 Walt Disney World, December 30 2017 - January 6 2018 NYE Disney Cruise, Jan 6-8 Universal. See what happens when you keep me away for a year....I turn around and make HUGE plans for the following year which will be costing a pretty penny!

YES you have to go!!! Would you get to attend the wedding?! I love a Sea Breeze Point wedding princess: that would be awesome to be a part of. Hahaha I love that you've planed an extravagant 2017 trip and your husband doesn't even know yet :rotfl:It sounds amazing though. Prob a good idea to skip Christmas day, but boxing day at WDW, and New Years on a Disney Cruise?!?! :faint: :faint: :faint: Very cool!!!

So I guess the pilot and crew got stuck at another airport due to bad weather there. But the lady who was having us board the flight obviously wasn't told this, and she seemed to be panicking. Like she'd tell us it was fine, but we were sitting near her and she was on the phone and you could tell she had no idea where the pilot was or what to do. She was like "I can't find him what do we do??!!" :rotfl: A couple hours later when the whole crew got back I guess they decided to go get some dinner first because she goes "there he is! Oh wait where's he going?" Then mumbled something about them getting food. We got back like 3 hours late.

Ew stop it. I don't really like take off so I would've been jittery enough as it is! I really hope they didn't actually delay you two hours because they were having dinner!!! That's insane. How rude!

I thought of doing that but for some reason we can't get oct or nov off at my job (or more than 9 days at a time). But that would be so fun! (And cheaper than 2 trips). We will get to meet villains though because we're doing Club Villain which I'm really excited about. Are you doing Club Villain?

Ahh cool!!! I've heard great things about Club Villain but I don't have any plans to do it.. It seems quite expensive?! I don't know. :confused3

X:"Try this, it's good!"
Me: "No thanks. It has coconut."
X: "No it doesn't."
Me: "Yes it does. I can smell it."
X: "There's absolutely no coconut in here."
Me: "Read the ingredients."
X: "Sugar, chocolate, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, coconut... Well, I'll be darned."

HAHA this is literally the conversation we just had  point taken, you're more sensitive to coconut than me

What?!?!?!?
First off... oh, no! Poor Stanley! Is he okay?
Second... what a jerk! Yes of course I'd be mortified and horrified and pay the vet bills.

He's fine thank you! But he had to have an operation to be stitched back up :sad2:

We had a similar incident (twice!) when we lived in another town when we were first married, with our first Keeshond. Ruby was out walking Keisha (Everyone who gets Keeshonds will always name their first "Keisha" and think they are very clever. It's a rule.) when a St. Bernard charged at her and tried to get to her throat. Ruby kept kicking the St. Bernard in the chest/stomach to keep it from latching on (I think because Ruby kept knocking the breath out of it?) Finally the owner got his dog off ours. Where the #$%^$ is your leash???? And then just a few days prior or later (don't remember the time line... I think, later...) I'm walking Keisha and I see this massive St. Bernard come charging at us from across a field. (We were walking along the roadside.) I grabbed handfuls of gravel and started throwing it at the dog as hard as I could. It stopped. I started screaming at the turd of an owner "Where's your leash? Where's your leash?"

Yep, we walk in the woods so it's normal to have dogs off their leash, but if you know your dog is prone to aggression ("he has a problem with other dogs" - man whose dog attacked Stan) KEEP THEM ON A LEASH. It baffles me that that even needs to be said.

Still haven't heard from the surgeon. We don't know if we can let her walk now or what? Yesterday, Ruby found what feels like some fluid on her knee, so I'll call the vet on Monday.
Piper's good. I think she's forgotten how much Luna was in her face when we first got her. When we can put her back on the floor, I suspect she'll remember!

Good to hear, keep us posted on how Luna's doing! I'm sure other readers of your TR are interested too :goodvibes

 OMG. You and Ruby.
Me: "Where's my new T-shirt?.... Wait.... what do you have on? Hey!"
Ruby: "It's mine now."

SAME.

Ah. And.... maybe.
Maybe the 16th.

:cool1:

Never happen. But wouldn't it be nice? Just to sit and watch? Or would that take something indefinable away from it?

Nope! It would be lovely! Rest my poor feet

Oh, darn. How fun would that be? Do you say "Trick-or-treat" over on your side of the pond?

We do indeed say trick-or-treat! Although Halloween isn't as popular as it is across the pond. Kids trick-or-treating and uni students getting wasted is the extent of it

HAHA this is literally the conversation we just had  point taken, you're more sensitive to coconut than me

I have it in writing.
I'm more sensitive than Katie.

You're insensitive.
You said it. Not me.

He's fine thank you! But he had to have an operation to be stitched back up :sad2:

Poor guy. Shouldn't have happened.

Yep, we walk in the woods so it's normal to have dogs off their leash, but if you know your dog is prone to aggression ("he has a problem with other dogs" - man whose dog attacked Stan) KEEP THEM ON A LEASH. It baffles me that that even needs to be said.

What an idiot. You know your dog's aggressive... but still let him run loose?

:sad2:

Good to hear, keep us posted on how Luna's doing! I'm sure other readers of your TR are interested too :goodvibes

Vet appointment for later today. We'll see how it goes.

KNEW IT!!!!!

Nope! It would be lovely! Rest my poor feet

Hymie doesn't rub them???? The cad!! I shall have words with him.

We do indeed say trick-or-treat! Although Halloween isn't as popular as it is across the pond. Kids trick-or-treating and uni students getting wasted is the extent of it

Pretty much the same here actually. Except decorations can be pretty over the top at some places. (And I love that... and may be one of those people.)

Day 11
Friday 2nd October 2015
Part 1 - Animal Kingdom (part 1)

We got up at 10:30am today and headed to Animal Kingdom at midday!

28990726932_4bfdbcdbf7_b.jpg

We arrived at around 12:30 and went straight to see Finding Nemo The Musical! :lovestruc

We came in pretty late so our seats weren’t the best, but I managed to get a clip of most of my favourite parts.

29063130306_a1f5c5787c_b.jpg

I love this show so much, it makes me emotional.

It makes me NEMOtional.

tumblr_o7rv2eSC4H1u6vqiyo1_500.gif

Jamie and I both sing the songs back home all the time

After the show we hightailed it over to our Kilimanjaro Safari fastpass.

We boarded at around 2pm and we had the front row all to ourselves.
Our driver was great.
She was called Janet, but Jamie called her Jambo Janet, just ‘cuz.

29018821931_6cd825d48f_b.jpg

When Captain Hook gets his revenge….

28990705182_36ab24d4e4_b.jpg

…But really, why doesn’t this poor croc have a hand/foot?!?!

I got some questions right during the tour! :teacher:
I k
new what the termite mounds were, and I knew that Zebras are black with white stripes (although I always think the opposite because their undercarriage is white?? But apparently the black nose is the important feature.)

29018814221_72de97099a_b.jpg

28474550594_4f864aeda3_b.jpg

Jambo Janet “tuned into the radio” and the usual safari song came on.
She said something along the lines of, “this song has been number one since 1998!”
Ie, that song has been playing constantly on their radio since the year Animal Kingdom opened

I told Jamie I had this song on my iPod, and Jambo Janet heard me and was impressed!
She muted her microphone and turned around to ask me if I was serious
She told me it’s the Lord’s prayer, and that she has a bunch of remixes of it on her iPod :rotfl2:
She may have been joking, but she seemed to love her job so much I wouldn’t be surprised if she really did :lmao:

28474541334_1ec51910c1_b.jpg

Jambo Janet gave us a really good safari, she obviously loves her job.
Unfortunately there were a lot of foreign-speaking people on our truck who weren’t really interested in JJ’s spiel, and were shouting over the speakers a lot, but at least they were all enthusiastic and excitable when we came across a new animal!
So I don’t think they were being purposefully obnoxious.
After the safari it was 2:30pm so we went to use our Everest fastpass that expired at 3.

29018805861_800e748c38_b.jpg

Whilst walking through the line we were talking about how dangerous it is to actually climb Everest, and a minute later we heard the guy in front of us loudly proclaim, “in two years I’m going to climb Everest!”

baby-3.gif

28990670842_d844a7d888_b.jpg

We were in the third row from the back!

29018799811_21a1f306b6_b.jpg

“There doesn’t seem to be any track!”

28990656432_cff9430ff3_b.jpg

After Everest we went to get lunch at Harambe Market.

29018794801_6ed165ba82_b.jpg

28809368410_9a7efcfe7d_b.jpg

We both got the beef flatbread, which was really good! It’s probably my favourite thing I’ve tried there so far.

28809361130_fc589f4ce9_b.jpg

I really like this place, and I’m glad they added it before Flame Tree BBQ closed for the long refurb.

Plus they’re very caring.

29095687415_8ba3a232cc_b.jpg

And very polite.

Friday 2nd October 2015
Part 2 - Animal Kingdom (part 2)

After lunch we paid a visit to Rafiki’s Planet Watch!
It doesn’t get much love, but we like petting the animals.
Which is funny because we can do exactly the same thing with exactly the same animals at a farm about 20 minutes from where we live.

But those aren’t DISNEY animals.

So it’s necessary.

This guy was my favourite.
I believe he’s an Alpaca, but I still called him Emperor Kuzco.

29018745871_7a2fa06c11_b.jpg

tumblr_mrzkru0XBg1qahmklo1_500.gif

Jamie loves cows so I was pleased to see he’d made a friend!

29095632495_3113f206f6_b.jpg

After a while we washed our hands and headed into the main building. On the way in we saw the singing guy with his guitar who asks people their names and puts them into a song!
He was very entertaining.

28477444553_ec8dd61b9e_b.jpg

Inside we saw some tarantulas, grasshoppers and SKINKS!
Neither of us had ever heard of a skink before, but a CM told us all about them, and Jamie got to touch one!

29095627805_549e1e3db5_b.jpg

From there I spotted Rafiki! So I had to get a quick picture with him.

29063033196_a380a7cf6f_c.jpg

29063030546_33390c45fe_c.jpg

Then we left Planet Watch and headed from Africa to Discovery Island.

28990551562_a95fdd5c6d_b.jpg

29095609215_86554da3b5_b.jpg

Last year there was a lot of ugly construction on the ground in front of the tree, so I was happy to see that it was worth it.
It’s very pretty now.

28474420944_bd6724883a_c.jpg

We made our way to the Tree of Life to see It’s Tough To Be A Bug!
This has always been a family favourite, but it was closed last year due to the construction, so I was double excited to see it!

28474415624_a3554b0583_c.jpg

I really want signs like this for my future garden… But like I’m serious this time

29095593885_8f6cf2194e_b.jpg

I loved the show so much for three reasons.
1. A fun production of sensory Disney magic.
2. Nostalgic ties to a family favourite.
3. Dozens of young children screaming and crying in terror, which I find sadistically hilarious.

To be fair, the spider part is quite terrifying!

After the show we went to do the Maharajah Jungle Trek, just to see the Tiger really.

29062999386_bd9bfe10ef_b.jpg

He didn’t disappoint, and I caught him yawning on video!

28477403213_29a0dc63f7_b.jpg

28474392684_3ff6c322bc_b.jpg

28474388424_5f07cbda63_b.jpg

I think I’ve only ever seen him sleeping, and I don’t think we saw him at all last year, so this was very cool.

Hello from Asia!

29062982556_e79cf25b29_c.jpg

After the trek we went to Everest and walked straight on!
AND we were sat in the very back, my second favourite seat after the front.
What a great day.

28990502552_6ae739ba24_b.jpg

Jamie looks like a parent who’s child is finally asleep.

28990498772_883b8508db_c.jpg

After the ride it was 5:30pm, so we left the park as we had dinner at 7pm!

On the bus back we were trying to figure out what the image on the right represents, does anyone know?!

28474367824_2466d7df63_b.jpg

No toasters?! :rotfl2:

This has become one of the great mysteries of my life.
Someone please make me feel dumb and tell me what it is?

Friday 2nd October 2015
Part 3 – 'Ohana!

We got back to the Poly at 6pm and an influx of interesting new guests had arrived…

There were ducks EVERYWHERE!!!

29018682041_971a3b4f71_b.jpg

These ones had all set up camp on the grass, but some were staying a little more fancy.
We passed our new neighbours on the way in.

28474361314_e423c03f54_b.jpg

We went back to the room and got ready for dinner at ‘Ohana at 7pm!

28809256730_b4542c415c_b.jpg

28474356554_e5dbc632bf_c.jpg

We were seated promptly, which was a pleasant surprise for ‘Ohana!

We got a middle table again, but still had a clear view of the castle to the side.

28477341333_cfe740d878_b.jpg

29018659761_071ee0b999_b.jpg

We were a little worried about the location of our table with regards to the coconut races, but we’ll hope for the best.

29018657831_961a0092f9_b.jpg

DISNEY MENU.

28477332163_3a9a1e0b28_b.jpg

The pineapple bread came first and it was really delicious!

28474342934_3f3e999815_b.jpg

Then came the new salad that has replaced the lettuce wraps. It was OK, but nothing compared to my Whispering Canyon salad!

28477323203_dcdb1b57a5_b.jpg

The chicken wings and pot stickers were good, especially the chicken dipped in the peanut sauce.

29018644081_e8a3125872_b.jpg

Yummy noodles.

29018641011_438283f95f_b.jpg

Eventually our drinks came!
Jamie got a beer and I had a Lapu Lapu, OF COURSE!
It was much stronger than I remembered!

I sent this to Snapchat!

29095406945_777ec5299d_c.jpg

Then the main skewer items came out.

The steak was the clear winner this year.
The pieces were much bigger than last year and cooked perfectly.

28474320174_5972ae6c7f_b.jpg

The shrimp and the chicken were both really good also, even though my photos from ‘Ohana always look horribly unappetising.

Also Jamie remembered to peel his shrimp this time :rotfl:

29018623461_ef5f68f2a7_b.jpg

While we were digging in, our premonition came true…

28990439192_04f634dbf7_b.jpg

We were just ahead of the starting line!

I moved my cocktail away from that side of the table, and it’s a good job I did too, there were take downs and screams and elbows flying around everywhere  SERIOUSLY.

vjccfbzn9s2pusnrhdy0.gif

Our table was getting bumped and wobbling, but it was fine, it was quite funny.

The ukulele lady gave us some leis!

29062936146_7291c96251_b.jpg

29095495175_760cce6642_b.jpg

When we were done with our meat, the eagerly anticipated ‘OHANA BREAD PUDDING came along.

28990427672_f5a3e70d34_b.jpg

We were super full but we forced some down anyway.
It was spectacular, as always. This is always my favourite part of the meal.
It‘s different from the Boma and 1900 Park Fare bread pudding, this one is much thicker and not cinnamony. I believe our waitress said it was coconut bread pudding.
The caramel and banana sauce that comes on the side is just heaven and the ice cream really compliments it all!

We had a great meal at ‘Ohana!
The only problem was that our waitress was STONE COLD.
Like I don’t think she cracked a single smile.
We’re upbeat and friendly regardless, so she just came across as rude.

Jim-Carrey-Not-Funny.gif

We’d also had bad service at Kona on our first night so we were a bit disappointed with the Poly wait staff, but it held no bearing on the meal and experience itself.

YAY.
YUM AND (partly) WOW!

Day 11
Friday 2nd October 2015
Part 4 – Disney Springs and Trader Sam’s

We finished our meal a little after 8pm, and it was pouring rain when we left.
We ran(/waddled) back to our longhouse for a little while, then left to get the bus to Disney Springs!

28477292243_75445ae4d2_b.jpg

When we arrived we walked past Earl of Sandwich, and I got a picture to send to my dad and the fam!
I took them to Earl of Sandwich at Disneyland Paris a couple of weeks before and they all loved it so much.

28809111160_300a3bd5b7_c.jpg

Then we went to World of Disney, because I’d seen this watch online before the trip :lovestruc

29095406115_98c8ccc520_b.jpg

I think it’s very cute and subtle, and I really like big watches.
I also like that the four is written out as IIII instead of IV, because that’s how it is on Cinderella Castle too!
I read that it’s because IV was not introduced until after the colonial period, so this is how it’s shown in the Cinderella movie itself.

Anyway, Jamie bought this for me for my birthday, which was just two weeks away from this point :lovestruc

He also bought his baby cousin a Winnie the Pooh, and our friend Rob a Cheshire Cat (however, we later found a better present for him, so Jamie said I could have this  ).

28474228744_0f50dd846a_b.jpg

I also bought the same popcorn bags as last year for my family.
I didn’t get a picture but I’m pretty certain they were the same flavours as last year, they look like this:

21698402693_e9d2c0f22a_b.jpg

22293429466_b838d25e3a_b.jpg

I believe these are only about $12, I think they make a great gift for someone back home.
Although they’re a little bulky if you’re running low on luggage space.

After World of Disney we went to the Lego Store. Where else would two childless twenty-somethings go??!

28809204810_1220574519_b.jpg

The Lego Store was kinda chaos, there were Lego pieces all over the floor :scared:

It’s all very expensive in there, but it was fun to look at the displays.

This was my favourite, because you can see Homer bent backwards drinking slushie straight from the tap, and Apu trying to beat him away with a broom

29062904456_6d4d4159fc_b.jpg

29062897846_ff5fc0c4e5_b.jpg

Next we went to D-Tech at the Marketplace Co Op, and I ordered my new phone case!

29018596641_46996d221e_b.jpg

They make it for you on the spot, but it wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes, so we looked around some neighbouring shops.

These tiny little glass figures are $40!
But they are incredibly detailed.

28809194500_b0b402b98b_b.jpg

These are more my price range ($9.50)

29062881556_ebba698d41_b.jpg

We saw these… interesting castles...
I’m sure you can guess what Jamie said they looked like.

28474269824_bae0f37443_c.jpg

And look, there’s even tiny ones!

29062869196_7e49543f25_c.jpg

We both agreed, this next one was a much more family-friendly design.

29018578471_5efa462152_c.jpg

Jamie was looking at it with concentration and said completely deadpan, that he wanted to buy one, to put.…

IN THE BATHROOM.

1. Why.
2. We have no surfaces in the bathroom, so I don’t know whether he pictures it in the sink, or on the floor.
3. If you could see the state that boy leaves the bathroom… Diamonds and beard trimmings don’t mix.
4. Why.

I guess they are only $37,500 each. We might as well get two :thumbsup2

FddeIrY.gif

Then we went over to browse in the Christmas store, and soon it was time to pick up my phone case!

I chose the Bay Lake Tower DVC one, even though I’m not a DVC member. Judge me.
Anyone who’s been following my reports probably knows I am obsessed with the Disney resorts, and this one has the MONORAIL on it.
I also liked the colour scheme of it.

29095420115_7371cfbf75_c.jpg

This phone case is EXCELLENT quality.
We’re now ten months on, and it honestly still looks brand new, there isn’t a single scuff or mark on it.
They do advise you get the black rubber edges rather than white because the white can get dirty marks on it.

I am so happy with it! I might get another one next time.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
D-Tech at Disney Springs Marketplace Co Op!
And I believe they also do them at the Space Mountain gift shop in the Magic Kingdom :thumbsup2
There are (what seems like) hundreds of different designs!
I believe they’re $29.99, but you can pay a little extra to get them personalised.

Anyway, once I’d picked up my phone case we went to the bus stop, and watched a Poly/Grand bus pull away…
But a Contemporary/Wilderness bus was pulling right up, so we just hopped on that, and got the monorail from the Contemporary!
What a great plan.
I’ll take any chance I get to visit a resort.

This also meant that I’d officially visited all of the deluxes this trip!

28990398252_765bcec003_b.jpg

28990391512_4977471108_b.jpg

28809154620_db55640bcd_b.jpg

We got back to the Poly at 11:30pm, and decided to get a quick drink at Trader Sam’s!

It had only opened a few months ago, and all we’d seen of it was this little sign on an ordinary door… so we were very intrigued…

28809150040_52050e05df_b.jpg

:lovestruc :faint: :lovestruc :faint: :lovestruc

28990377162_5585a06a21_b.jpg

28990374882_9e0939ecc5_b.jpg

Even at 11:30pm when it was basically empty, all of the CMs were super theatrical!
And when you order certain drinks, all of the lighting and sound effects change to create an “enchanted” feeling!
SO COOL!!!

28990384942_c7e64040b4_b.jpg

I went for the HippopotoMai-Tai:

29062846486_9d8dd9df19_c.jpg

And Jamie got the Shrunken Zombie Head.

28477234393_40b3224b7f_c.jpg

And we both bought the souvenir mugs!
(They give you clean ones that are nicely packaged up.)

Here are our drinks:

28477224683_899afb027f_c.jpg

They were VERY strong, particularly Jamie’s Zombie.
We were casually sipping away until they announced closing at midnight, so we had to finish up quickly.
Coupled with my extra strong Lapu Lapu at dinner, I got a little giggly.

29095422595_b749b6ae17_b.jpg

Trader Sam’s at the Polynesian is a really cool place with amazing theming!
I highly recommend taking your new D-Tech phone case over there for a drink
Maybe in the evening after dinner.
Maybe in the afternoon as a Magic Kingdom break.
Maybe in the morning when you realise the monorail is down and you’ve missed your pre-park ADR and just generally can’t deal with life anymore.
Just kidding.
It doesn’t open until 4pm.
So you’ll have to endure more bad things happening to you before you can slam down that Mai-Tai.
But whatever your situation, it’s definitely worth a visit!

We took our souvenir mugs and went back to the room to relax and go to bed.

We have breakfast tomorrow morning, and a very fancy dinner in the evening…!

Goodnight!

Ew stop it. I don't really like take off so I would've been jittery enough as it is! I really hope they didn't actually delay you two hours because they were having dinner!!! That's insane. How rude!

I think at least 45 minutes of it was their dinner, the rest was them coming back. But it was rude! Especially because it didn't seem like they gave anyone a heads up.

Ahh cool!!! I've heard great things about Club Villain but I don't have any plans to do it.. It seems quite expensive?! I don't know. :confused3

It was kind of expensive but it seems so cool. And I've only heard good things. I knew I had to try it if they brought it back.

Whilst walking through the line we were talking about how dangerous it is to actually climb Everest, and a minute later we heard the guy in front of us loudly proclaim, “in two years I’m going to climb Everest!”

:rotfl:

But those aren’t DISNEY animals.

So true. We missed Rafiki's last time so we have to go this time.

This guy was my favourite.
I believe he’s an Alpaca, but I still called him Emperor Kuzco.

 he's so cute I just want to squeeze him.

I loved the show so much for three reasons.
1. A fun production of sensory Disney magic.
2. Nostalgic ties to a family favourite.
3. Dozens of young children screaming and crying in terror, which I find sadistically hilarious.

I think the funniest part is the children screaming in terror :rotfl2:

I think I’ve only ever seen him sleeping, and I don’t think we saw him at all last year, so this was very cool.

Great tiger pictures!

Jamie looks like a parent who’s child is finally asleep.

:rotfl:I don't even think I knew what that face would look like until now but that's totally it.

No toasters?! :rotfl2:

That really looks like it says no toaster. Now I'm confused.

There were ducks EVERYWHERE!!!

:bounce: I love ducks. Although I watched ducks surround a woman who tried to eat sitting on the ground at Epcot last trip :rotfl:

Eventually our drinks came!
Jamie got a beer and I had a Lapu Lapu, OF COURSE!
It was much stronger than I remembered!

ooo I want to try one.

We were super full but we forced some down anyway.
It was spectacular, as always. This is always my favourite part of the meal.
It‘s different from the Boma and 1900 Park Fare bread pudding, this one is much thicker and not cinnamony. I believe our waitress said it was coconut bread pudding.

Those all sound so good! Bread pudding is a goal of mine this trip because I didn't really have any last time. We're doing Ohana dinner for the first time too and I'm most excited for the bread pudding.

Jamie was looking at it with concentration and said completely deadpan, that he wanted to buy one, to put.…

IN THE BATHROOM.

:rotfl2:I don't think you should let him do the bathroom decorating.

This phone case is EXCELLENT quality.
We’re now ten months on, and it honestly still looks brand new, there isn’t a single scuff or mark on it.
They do advise you get the black rubber edges rather than white because the white can get dirty marks on it.

I will be needing a new phone case soon...this sounds like a great idea.

For some reason I can't see half of your photos, boo! Enjoyed your update though and "Emperor Kuzko" is just adorable - spot on with your name for him! :thumbsup2

Hi Katie
I have been reading your report from the start.I am normally a lurker on reports but I just had to come out of hiding to say how impressive your photos of the Tiger was. The best I have yet seen on the DIS, did you photograph through the glass. All your photos are good but the tigers were exceptional.

Hi Katie!

I just discovered your trip report, and then of course had to read the first one. I am usually a TR lurker, but I had to comment on how much I enjoyed yours. I wish you had a whole library of them! I am so sad there are only two! :sad1: Your enthusiasm is infectious. I truly feel I'm right there with you at Disney. Also, my next trip NEEDS to be Poly Theme Park View Club Level. It simply must! Time for me to start putting in some serious overtime hours at work!

May I ask, what camera you use to take your pictures? They are lovely!!!

Also, your wardrobe is adorable, and your hair and makeup are always flawless. I am going to need you to start doing Disney hair and makeup tutorials, mmkay?

Awaiting your next chapter!

We arrived at around 12:30 and went straight to see Finding Nemo The Musical! :lovestruc
Jamie and I both sing the songs back home all the time

Rachel HATES the Finding Nemo musical... like really HATES it... I kept joking with her on our last trip saying that I'd booked her a fastpass for it instead of Everest and she was not impressed...

tumblr_n9aa4hpKu71tg09k3o1_500.gif

Jambo Janet “tuned into the radio” and the usual safari song came on.
She said something along the lines of, “this song has been number one since 1998!”
Ie, that song has been playing constantly on their radio since the year Animal Kingdom opened
Jambo Janet gave us a really good safari, she obviously loves her job.

Jambo Janet sounds AWESOME!

Aw I haven't seen this is AGES... too funny!

Eventually our drinks came!
Jamie got a beer and I had a Lapu Lapu, OF COURSE!

I ALWAYS feel like my Lapu Lapu is stronger than I remember... it's really is a strong drink! I think I'm always just like 'yay drink in a pineapple' and forget that it's a legit cocktail... Ramblings...

I love Ohana... I'm feeling sad now that I'm not going next week but we are only there for a week and it's so hard to fit places in!!!

Then we went to World of Disney, because I’d seen this watch online before the trip :lovestruc

29095406115_98c8ccc520_b.jpg

I Love your watch!! So so pretty!

Here are our drinks:

28477224683_899afb027f_c.jpg

Ooooooooooh I think a visit to trader Sams might be on the cards... looks really good!

I'm turning into such a hyper child this week I'm so excited to go but I have so many things to do.. I feel like I'm running around in circles...
Patrick-Spongebob-Freak-Out-Run-In-Circles.gif

DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!

We got up at 10:30am today and headed to Animal Kingdom at midday!

Slackers!!

Oh... wait... you got to bed quite late the night before.....

Still...

Slackers!

We came in pretty late so our seats weren’t the best, but I managed to get a clip of most of my favourite parts.

Annnnnnnnddddd.... once again I'm at work so I can't..... blah blah blah
I'm getting so tired of writing that I can't see them 'cause I'm at work.

Let's just lie instead.
OMG! Katie! Those videos were awesome!
I especially liked the one with the thing!
And that other one! That was great too!

I feel so cheap now.

I love this show so much, it makes me emotional.

It makes me NEMOtional.

Awww.... <pats on back>

Jamie and I both sing the songs back home all the time

You guys really are Disney freaks, aren't you.

Good.

We boarded at around 2pm and we had the front row all to ourselves.
Our driver was great.

Because she didn't say anything when you blocked that small child from sitting in the front row too?

She was called Janet, but Jamie called her Jambo Janet, just ‘cuz.

Of course. Logic.

When Captain Hook gets his revenge….

Well, he is a bad guy.

…But really, why doesn’t this poor croc have a hand/foot?!?!

Fairly common. Gators (pretty sure that was a gator, not a croc) are almost nothing but instinct. Anything hits their mouth and they clamp and roll. And that includes other gators' feet.

I got some questions right during the tour! :teacher:

They should give out free FPs for every correct answer.

And she's an eaves dropper.

Or stalker.

Probably both.

Jambo Janet gave us a really good safari, she obviously loves her job.

Good! Makes all the difference.

I think if this was my first time on the ride, I might be annoyed. Since I'd never heard the spiel before. But since this wasn't.... yeah, I'm actually okay with this.

“in two years I’m going to climb Everest!”

Why climb when you can just ride up there?

Odd.

“There doesn’t seem to be any track!”

OMG!!!!!!!! How did you survive?!?!?

Wait... Did you throw Jamie underneath you to cushion the fall?
Smart.

After Everest we went to get lunch at Harambe Market.

I'm hoping (if I even get to AK) to try this. I don't think I've ever even been there (Harambe Market, I mean... not AK.)

We both got the beef flatbread, which was really good! It’s probably my favourite thing I’ve tried there so far.

If I do make it... I've added this to my list with a question mark.
I dunno... it doesn't look that great.

Plus they’re very caring.

29095687415_8ba3a232cc_b.jpg

Awww...

But then I can imagine people who've just been through a bad break up bursting into tears upon seeing that.

Which would also be entertaining, of course.

It doesn’t get much love, but we like petting the animals.
Which is funny because we can do exactly the same thing with exactly the same animals at a farm about 20 minutes from where we live.

Hey, that was on Kay's must do list.

But those aren’t DISNEY animals.

So it’s necessary.

::yes::

And look how happy you guys look.
So... absolutely necessary.

:lmao: Love that pic!

Jamie loves cows so I was pleased to see he’d made a friend!

So does Kay!
If things don't work out for you guys...
a. Avoid Harambe Market, and;
b. He can hook up with Kay (might have to wait a few years... but, still...)

On the way in we saw the singing guy with his guitar who asks people their names and puts them into a song!

Never heard of him. Interesting.

Inside we saw some tarantulas, grasshoppers and SKINKS!

Oh my!

Neither of us had ever heard of a skink before

Nor I.
Well, I'd heard of them, but never seen one in person.

but a CM told us all about them, and Jamie got to touch one!

Always cool.

It looks like he's trying to check out your bum!

Last year there was a lot of ugly construction on the ground in front of the tree, so I was happy to see that it was worth it.

Oh, good! I totally forgot about all that construction.
That'll be nice. (assuming that I go there.... :confused3)

I really want signs like this for my future garden… But like I’m serious this time

So.... you stole them. Check.

I loved the show so much for three reasons.
1. A fun production of sensory Disney magic.
2. Nostalgic ties to a family favourite.
3. Dozens of young children screaming and crying in terror, which I find sadistically hilarious.

Never seen it.
Wonder if I should...

To be fair, the spider part is quite terrifying!

In that case.... I should.

Excellent shot!

Hello from Asia!

Hi!

AND we were sat in the very back, my second favourite seat after the front.
What a great day.

Jamie looks like a parent who’s child is finally asleep.

He just needs to be trying to hold you in your seat like the parent in front of you.

On the bus back we were trying to figure out what the image on the right represents, does anyone know?!

28474367824_2466d7df63_b.jpg

No toasters?! :rotfl2:

Kay and I had this exact same question!
Except she also thought that the middle one was a fax machine.

I think... think it's "No radios/boomboxes/CD players"... no loud sound emitting devices.

But really... not positive.
(I've also heard. No busses. No 1940s radios. Do not take the wheels off the bus. Do not turn on rear window defogger.)

There were ducks EVERYWHERE!!!

29018682041_971a3b4f71_b.jpg

And one confused girl who wants to know why you're taking her picture.

We passed our new neighbours on the way in.

28474361314_e423c03f54_b.jpg

:lmao: This cracks me up. Ducks are just... funny.

We got a middle table again, but still had a clear view of the castle to the side.

Nice.

Jamie got a beer and I had a Lapu Lapu, OF COURSE!
It was much stronger than I remembered!

Katie got plastered at Disney!

Also Jamie remembered to peel his shrimp this time :rotfl:

 That's one of those "only do once" kind of things.

Meh. Typical Canadian event.

Is it just me, or..... does that ice cream kind of look like a skull?

We were super full but we forced some down anyway.

Must... eat.... dessert....

I believe our waitress said it was coconut bread pudding.

Ew. No then.

The only problem was that our waitress was STONE COLD.
Like I don’t think she cracked a single smile.
We’re upbeat and friendly regardless, so she just came across as rude.

Well, that sucks.
At least the food was good.

We ran(/waddled) back to our longhouse for a little while

 Nothing like "trying" to run on a full stomach.

"Go on <burp> without me!"

Ayyyyy.... It's the Fonz!

Oh. Wait. You're too young to remember the Fonz.
Nevermind.

Then we went to World of Disney, because I’d seen this watch online before the trip :lovestruc

29095406115_98c8ccc520_b.jpg

I'm not typically a fan of Disney merch... but... that's a very nice watch. pkondz approves.

I also like that the four is written out as IIII instead of IV, because that’s how it is on Cinderella Castle too!

I never noticed that!

I read that it’s because IV was not introduced until after the colonial period, so this is how it’s shown in the Cinderella movie itself.

Really? Huh. I just assumed the Romans did it as "IV".

Well I'll be darned.

Anyway, Jamie bought this for me for my birthday, which was just two weeks away from this point :lovestruc

Nice.
Also glad to hear he survived you falling on him at Expedition Everest.

He also bought his baby cousin a Winnie the Pooh, and our friend Rob a Cheshire Cat (however, we later found a better present for him, so Jamie said I could have this  ).

Score.

After World of Disney we went to the Lego Store. Where else would two childless twenty-somethings go??!

Every bar in the world.

The Lego Store was kinda chaos, there were Lego pieces all over the floor :scared:

Do. Not. Take. Off. Shoes.

This was my favourite, because you can see Homer bent backwards drinking slushie straight from the tap, and Apu trying to beat him away with a broom

Although if Universal finds out, they're gonna have words.

Next we went to D-Tech at the Marketplace Co Op, and I ordered my new phone case!

They make it for you on the spot, but it wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes

They do? Cool! Didn't know that.

We saw these… interesting castles...
I’m sure you can guess what Jamie said they looked like.

28474269824_bae0f37443_c.jpg

Soap bubbles? Is that it?
Could you explain it in detail? Thanks!!

Jamie was looking at it with concentration and said completely deadpan, that he wanted to buy one, to put.…

IN THE BATHROOM.

Well.... yeah. It'd be nice to look at. Help pass the time. Logic.

3. If you could see the state that boy leaves the bathroom… Diamonds and beard trimmings don’t mix.

Are you sure??? Have you tried it????? Hmmmm????????

I guess they are only $37,500 each. We might as well get two :thumbsup2

But only if you have two bathrooms. Otherwise that's just silly.

I chose the Bay Lake Tower DVC one, even though I’m not a DVC member. Judge me.

Thou Art Judged!!!!

Happy? Hard to tell.

And when you order certain drinks, all of the lighting and sound effects change to create an “enchanted” feeling!
SO COOL!!!

::yes::

Another place I'd love to visit... but won't have the time.
Really.... three days is not enough.

And we both bought the souvenir mugs!

Of course you did.
Some things need not be stated.

Coupled with my extra strong Lapu Lapu at dinner, I got a little giggly.

I knew it!!! :lmao:

Trader Sam’s at the Polynesian is a really cool place with amazing theming!
I highly recommend taking your new D-Tech phone case over there for a drink

 Okay. You talked me into it... just not this trip.

I love this show so much, it makes me emotional.
I enjoy it too. The songs remind me of my trip in 2013 when we stayed at Art of Animation. My daughter and I spent a lot of time going underwater in the Nemo pool listening to those songs on the underwater speakers. She loved it and we sang them all the time. It gives me the warm fuzzies thinking how cute she was then at age 6. She just turned 9 and already behaving more like a teenager than little girl  (Her name is Katie, by the way :). I may have mentioned that before, but I thought it was interesting so...)

We both got the beef flatbread, which was really good! It’s probably my favourite thing I’ve tried there so far.
It does look good. Harambe Market wasn't open on my last trip. It looks like a decent option.

I read that Fichwa means "hidden" in Swahili and fellow refers to Mickey, so it is a rather literal "hidden Mickey".

Erm, OK, if I ever happen to met Jaime, I won't be shaking his right hand. I know where it's been. Good heavens man, do you know what happens on that ground!

I think I’ve only ever seen him sleeping, and I don’t think we saw him at all last year, so this was very cool.
Those are awesome pictures. I have sadly never done the Maharaja Jungle Trek. I really need to put it on my Disney bucket list (which is really more like a book than a list at this point!)

On the bus back we were trying to figure out what the image on the right represents, does anyone know?!

I don't really know, but could it be an old style radio? Apparently there was a problem at some point with people cluttering up the buses with radios. Maybe it means no playing music, like on your phone/iPod?

We were just ahead of the starting line!
I moved my cocktail away from that side of the table, and it’s a good job I did too, there were take downs and screams and elbows flying around everywhere  SERIOUSLY.

Awww, look at all the Canadian kids learning how to play hockey. They're so cute when they're little.

We saw these… interesting castles...
I’m sure you can guess what Jamie said they looked like.
Well, duh, they quite obviously resemble very tall cupcakes. I have no idea what else Hyme could possibly be thinking about. :confused3

This phone case is EXCELLENT quality.
We’re now ten months on, and it honestly still looks brand new, there isn’t a single scuff or mark on it.
They do advise you get the black rubber edges rather than white because the white can get dirty marks on it.
They are good. My wife has a Maleficent one that's nearly two years old and still in great condition.

Great pix in this post, love the alpaca and the tiger! (also, thanks for the recommendation of courtneybelle's trip reports -- I just started reading her first one, and you're right, she's a really good writer and fun to read!) Hope you have fun on your trip!!!

Excuse me?!?!?!?!?
@Leshaface, even I, a foreigner, know that Americans use flapjack!

Hello! Bill Murray. Groundhog Day.

Ralph: Hey! Who else could go for some flapjacks right now?

and...

Phil: [after crashing a car, to a cop at his window] Three cheeseburgers, two large fries, two chocolate shakes and a large coke.
Ralph: And some flapjacks.
Phil: Too early for flapjacks?

Okay you're right! Some Americans do say flapjacks. But i'm uncomfortable saying flapjacks since some people use it as another meaning  I say either pancakes, or if I'm using my grandpa's terminology, hot cakes.

And how I LOVE that movie! I always wish that DH's name was Phil cause i'm obsessed with the lines, "Phil? Phil?? Phil Connors!?"

YES. I can hardly understand them. This is how they talk, and at the end there's a bonus Geordie (Newcastle) accent - where @BibbitybobityLu is from!

Woah that is quite the accent! So would you say you (From where you're from) sound much different from like where Lu is from? I find all your accents fascinating and lovely  Except for perhaps the Liverpool accent :lmao:

I've also realised that your Milky Way is our Mars Bar, and our Milky Way is your Three Musketeers?!?! IT'S SO CONFUSING.

:faint:

And now I want any one of those candy bars so thanks.

It makes me NEMOtional.

:eek::worship:

She said something along the lines of, “this song has been number one since 1998!”
Ie, that song has been playing constantly on their radio since the year Animal Kingdom opened

Agh I love it!

I told Jamie I had this song on my iPod, and Jambo Janet heard me and was impressed!

Ooh ooh me too, me too! And literally every other song from AK. Actually, AK's background music is probably the best out of all parks, IMO. Next would be a tie between Tomorrowland BGM and Future World BGM.

I really like this place, and I’m glad they added it before Flame Tree BBQ closed for the long refurb.

I jumped the gun and didn't read your sentence completely and pretty much screamed to DH in horror that Flame tree was closed for good...oops

After lunch we paid a visit to Rafiki’s Planet Watch!
It doesn’t get much love, but we like petting the animals.

You're right, it totally doesn't. I honestly, just forget about it but Cal would really enjoy it I think!

Seriously how spoiled are they! Built in back scratchers!

I believe he’s an Alpaca, but I still called him Emperor Kuzco.

::yes::

OMG:bitelip::love:

#relationshipgoals

I really want signs like this for my future garden… But like I’m serious this time

You have the BEST ideas! This would seriously be so so cute.

3. Dozens of young children screaming and crying in terror, which I find sadistically hilarious.

Ha I was the same with the HM elevator! Now that I have kids, I PRAY that no one next to us screams their butts off and scares my littles.

Um, this is a perfect picture.

Jamie looks like a parent who’s child is finally asleep.

:rotfl2:

No toasters?! :rotfl2:

I showed this to DH and without hesitation was like, 'No radio' and went right back to his phone. Like WT-actual-H? I couldn't get toaster out of my mind so that's all I saw

Those noodles look fab.

Also Jamie remembered to peel his shrimp this time :rotfl:

:rotfl2:Yay for Hymie!

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this, I actually looked up 'kid hockey fights' on YT :scared1::eek: They're so little!

You should seriously look into photography as a side job. The most beautiful bench i've ever seen!

I also like that the four is written out as IIII instead of IV, because that’s how it is on Cinderella Castle too!

Never noticed that, you're good.

The Lego Store was kinda chaos, there were Lego pieces all over the floor :scared:

It's always chaotic in there, I feel.

I wish I had endless amount of room at my house for things like this. So want!

Agh love! But I can see Cal trying to play with these :scared:

We saw these… interesting castles...
I’m sure you can guess what Jamie said they looked like.

Trying to replicate The Little Mermaid movie cover?

1. Why.
2. We have no surfaces in the bathroom, so I don’t know whether he pictures it in the sink, or on the floor.
3. If you could see the state that boy leaves the bathroom… Diamonds and beard trimmings don’t mix.
4. Why.

:rotfl2::lmao: Speaking of beard trimmings, I saw this on Shark Tank and as ridiculous as it looks, I bet it works!

I chose the Bay Lake Tower DVC one, even though I’m not a DVC member. Judge me.

I will and am. Mainly cause I want.

I am so happy with it! I might get another one next time.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is seriously good to know! Although I'm still loving my Fastpass case, I think I need to change it up.

Ooh just went recently, but to the one at DLR. I had the Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Rum and the Mosquito Mojito :love::love:

But i'm uncomfortable saying flapjacks since some people use it as another meaning

What?!?!? :lmao: I never knew that!!

Besides... apparently the British flapjack is some weird scientific experiment gone completely sideways.

And how I LOVE that movie! I always wish that DH's name was Phil cause i'm obsessed with the lines, "Phil? Phil?? Phil Connors!?"

So did you turn pro with that whole belly-button thing Alicia?
