Guess it IS Disboards then if you're having problems too. It's those stupid video advertisements at the bottom of the page that slows it down. Not complaining MUCH since it keeps it free to us but don't understand why it slows things down about once a month! Braved the pool again ; sent a text to Redstorm and told her if any members of the volleyball team needed an ICE BATH again to come on over! Wasn't TOO surprised when they turned my offer down.

Diane...I thought about you earlier in church after looking at the senior pictures earlier today. Paster Bell was announcing his "Parenting Class"; he had a jar of 936 marbles sitting on a little table. He told us to look at that jar before saying, "As parents (and/or grandparents) you only have 936 weeks (illustrated by the marbles) to teach and guide your children before they graduate high school! Didn't really think about it that way before and knowing "Stef's jar is almost empty" made me go...WOW! Redstorm is progressing nicely ; the Princess......we've got some major teaching when it comes to her!

...and Denise...I KNOW...6 years already?

Steph wants to study pre-vet and wants to become a veterinarian. She has no idea where she wants to go to college. She doesn't really want to go away but there aren't any colleges with in commuting distance that offer pre-vet.

NO IT'S NOT! My cousins son owns a house not far from Texas A&M ; maybe I could talk him into a roommate . He's currently studying in the George Bush Diplomatic Program and spends ALL his time doing homework! It's an intense program and he's thrilled to have been invited to participate but WOW...reading homework is unbelievable! Texas A&M has one of the BEST vet programs in the United States!

...AND then Diane...you have THESE "parenting moments" . One of Redstorm's freshman friends returned from the volleyball tournament to find a surprise left by HER BROTHER ...he'd been busy "decorating" her room today!

I reminded her mother..."it's ONLY 936 weeks....".
