Oof received our Kidpix box yesterday and needless to say we are keeping it. Half of the items I would have easily been able to send back but the other half was so cute. The box was $87 (with the 30% discount) plus I have a code for $25 off bringing it down to $62. If I kept the items we really liked then it was a no brainer to keep it all. Plus I am getting $30 back from SB so total OOP was $32 for 3 shirts, dress, sandals and a belt.

I got mine yesterday. DD got home with DH before me and she was begging for me to open. She wanted to keep everything. the total is not that bad. it was about $80 + the 30% off if we keep everything. DD loved a few of the item. She is begging for me to keep the box.
Still undecided. I did only get it o make money but now i am unsure.

I get an email from Swagbucks back on 7/12 apologizing for the delay, and still don’t get. So yesterday I finally do a ticket, including pics of my registration AND a copy of the email Sb sent me. Today, I get a bs email about them being sorry for the inconvenience and they honored tickets in the past but since they don’t get credit from vendors on tickets, even with proof of my activity, they can’t credit me?!

I went to BB on Tuesday in order to purchase a $500 Disney gift card for my DVC dues and a $50 Disney gift card for my vacation. I planned to use my BB Visa card to purchase the $500 card because I had a coupon good for 11% back in BB rewards on a single purchase paid for with the BB Visa. I was then going to use my PayPal debit card for the $50 card ($25 was available from a SB cashout and a I had a $25 Visa prepaid card linked as the back up payment....more on that in a bit...).

I grabbed a $50 Disney card and a variable load card and brought them to the check out lane. I handed the cashier my Swagbucks QR code which she scanned first. Then, I handed her my coupon. She read the directions on it and scanned it. Then she scanned the variable load card and I told her I wanted $500 on it. It wouldn't allow it...so she tried a different card...same problem. She grabbed an entire stack and none of them would "activate" for $500. She decided to try for a smaller amount...$250....and it worked just fine. I told her I was OK with (2) $250 cards so that's what she did. Then she scanned the $50 card and it was time to pay.

I told her I wanted to pay $500 on my Best Buy Visa...perfect...no problems. When I went to do the remaining $50 on my PayPal debit, it gets "declined". Hmmm...I think I know the problem...my PayPal balance is only $25 and my backup payment is a pre-paid debit card. I do not have a bank account currently linked so I am assuming that is why it was declined. I kind of figured that wasn't going to work, but I wouldn't know until I tried so now I know. I just paid the $25 on the PayPal card and put the rest on my BB Visa.

Today, I got my Shop and Earn e-mail from Swagbucks and my shop credit is showing as pending....for 100 SB. I bought $550 in gift cards on a single transaction so it should have been 1100 SB, but I suspect that the variable-load cards are excluded. I'm certainly not going to fill out a ticket for this because it clearly states that gift cards are excluded. I don't know this for a fact, but it would appear that I did get the proper credit for the single, $50 card that I bought, but nothing for either of the other (2) variable-load cards.

My store only has the variable load Disney gc's, and every time I've put $50 on it, I've gotten the bonus SB. Maybe it's only for certain dollar amounts?

I wonder if it had anything to do with the coupon that you applied to the $500 GC? I know that it wasn't a $-off coupon but SB can be weird about those things. Just spitballing here. I have no inside info to substantiate my supposition.

I'm not sweating it, though...I still got $55 in BB rewards from the coupon and that was the whole purpose of the purchase. The extra $10 in SB was just going to be a little icing on the cake...but I am on a diet.

So a couple weeks ago they changed the terms and added to the deal info the restriction that you are allowed to earn on only one transaction per day:
“. Bonus SB can only be earned once per day Bonus SB will only be awarded for an in-store purchase with your personal QR code or a purchase of items featured in the Weekly Ad (in-store or online). Offers cannot be...”
Ugh, so the deal is still in place but much more inconvenient now only being allowed to do one per day. It was talked about here and on the Disney Gift Card deal page a bit. Variable load cards work fine(I’ve done a number of those), but you have to only load $50 per card. Even when you could do more than one per day it was per each $50 transaction that you got the 500 sb, so a $500 loaded card would get $5(500 sb) but doing each separate would have gotten $50(1000 sb).
The gc’s not allowed are BB gift cards, Disney and other third party cards are allowed.

Yes, but the PP isn't questioning the bonus. She's questioning why her shop credits only amount to 100 SB when she spent $550 (should have gotten her 1100 SB).

I think @kristenrice was talking about the 2 sb/$ we get on all our BB purchases, not the 500 sb bonus? That’s how I read it anyway. I’ve been known to be wrong before. Lol

The bonus never shows up as "pending" under your shop and earn. It just appears in your total at some point after you get the email, usually later the same day for me.

The 500 bonus doesn’t show as pending ever, you just receive it, usually a few days after purchase (never on a weekend tho). Check your receipt for the words “Swagbucks $0 affiliate”. Under the transaction info. If you see that you should get your 500 soon, but if it’s missing you won’t get it.
