Try a small purchase first just to try it out for yourself. That's what I did, and then I went full force ahead.

Last week I shopped at World Market and am getting cash back from Dosh, RMN and Ebates. I couldn’t believe it worked but it did. No gift cards, but still! Shopped for room decor for my teen daughter who has caught the travel bug.

A little off topic, I apologize. I want to clarify Southwest's gift card policy. It says 3 per passenger if the gift card covers the full amount otherwise it's 2 plus a credit card. So if I have 4 passengers on a reservation can I use 11 plus a credit card or do I have to book us separately to use more gift cards? I want to clarify it's per passenger and not per reservation.

I actually found $250 gift cards for 4% off but the total is $751. I just don't want to buy 3 if I won't be able to book all together. The $10 savings isn't worth it to me to make 2 bookings.

Edit: their FB messenger was quick to reply. Despite saying, "A maximum of three Southwest gift cards can be applied per passenger on each reservation." On the website, she said it's total per reservation. So I'd have to split us up to do it that way.

We had a discussion about this on the Swagbucks thread earlier this summer. People have reported being able to use the GC's per passenger as the website says, at least one stated they did it online successfully.

The only time I've had to try it I had to call in to book one of the tickets, the rep I got on the phone didn't know how to do it per passenger and also stated she could only do it per reservation. So I bought our tickets separately. So I think you'd have better luck online, but if it's only a $10 discount may not be worth trying. I had $400 in free money to use, so I was going to do whatever necessary to make that happen.

Discover had 5% on warehouses earlier this year also. I bought some GC at Sam's.com and I did get the 5% on those purchases.

So would it be best to buy 1 $100 gc at a time ? then get 750sb for each one ? is there a limit per day? can I do multiple transactions? or just go daily ? we are wanting to buy our tickets before the 16th, so trying to get all my gc purchased before then

I am doing this right now! My Citi card has 5% cash back at best buy this quarter so I'm combining that with the bonus/sb cash back to pay for our ap renewal next week. Should save be about $116 on our $800 renewal, even if I do get sick of going to best buy every day. Lol

It looks like swagbucks has caught up with the best buy October purchases. Today I got the shop and earn 2% and the bonuses for my purchases on Oct 1 & 2. Didn't buy anything on the 3rd. Looks like I'm going back today and using Chase Pay for the additional 5%.

Ugh....you have just given me anxiety...I checked my account and I have $120 of rewards sitting in my account.
I received another offer for $75 in rewards if I spend $1500 on my BB Visa before October 30. I didn't think that was possible...well...
...Car insurance: $250 (*normally, I pay it from the checking account, but I put it on the CC this month, just for the points)
...Car registration: $300 (^^Same^^)
...Brakes went out: $500
...It's looking like I might just hit that $1500 after all

I also got another offer for $25 in rewards on a single $250 purchase at BB. Well, I don't need another $250 in gift cards so even though that would be a nice 10% bonus, I'm going to have to let that one pass by.

But what do you do with all the BB rewards now that you can't buy GCs?

Sam's club doesn't accept Chase Pay, but warehouse clubs are part of Freedom's Q4 too so you can use your CF directly for the same 5%.

You can use Chase Pay at Walmart .com, but only online not in store and Sam's isn't listed so I think it's limited to just WM. Are you trying to use a different promo through Chase Pay? You can buy a WM/Sam's GC through WM.com with Chase Pay and then use that at Sam's.

ETA: Oh wait, I may be slightly wrong. I think I heard you can do Chase Pay through Walmart Pay? Maybe? So you might be able to do that in store, but does Sam's take WM Pay? I'm not a WM person, have no idea how the wallets work. They're making it too complex

You can buy GC's with BB rewards. The rewards certificate is a coupon and last time anyone reported it's still working on gift cards. You just can't use a BB gift card, or savings cert from the cashstar deal (which is really a GC but with an expiration date), on a GC.

I did Staples around 5pm on the last day of the RMN deal on 09/30 with a Visa and its still not pending. Anyone else have issues with Staples on the last day? ( i checked and the charge is on my visa) I also did CVS on 09/30 and it went pending right away. How does disputing with RMN work? Can it not be disputed since technically GC aren't allowed?
