Critique my plans for one day (is that allowed?)

I dont want to waste peoples time just looking at my day (not really helpful to anyone else) but if you have time. Is this a doable day?

There are 6 of us. I didnt get all the FP I wanted, but this is what I got. We plan to try to arrive as soon as the park opens but we are driving from 90 minutes away, so may not be there right at rope drop (I am sick so am slow in the morning :(
We are going on Dec 9th - Sunday - closing at 6pm because of a party.

arrive 9am - head to fantasyland
9;15-10;15 (3 members) have FP to LM Ride
Keep doing rides in Fantasyland and have a snack
10:15-11:15 FP for all of us at Haunted Mansion (ride around 11)
Try to do BTMR or SPlash or both before noon
11:50-12:50 FP to meet Rapnuzel (3 members of group only - the rest will get lunch and wait)
12:50-1:50 Pirates (ride ASAP)
Exit Pirates and get a spot for the parade in Frontierland or keep walking until we get a good spot.

After parade, try to get a 4th FP in Tomorrowland our just go there and wander around and wait in lines. Try to make it to 6pm.
Dinner at Disney Springs - do we need a reservation? We aren’t really sure what time we would be ready to eat/ get out of the park.

These are just my opinion and I think there is still time for improvement.

Your FPs have you running all over the park at different times instead of progressing in a route that makes sense. Under the Sea is a waste of a FP, especially at that time of morning.

I would do my best to get there before 9 and knock out some of the Frontierland/Adventureland (or Tomorrowland) rides. Maybe try to modify Under the Sea to one of those. Try for your 4th FP immediately after tapping in at your 3rd.

Some places at DS you will need a reservation. With one day at MK, I would make the most of it and stay til closing. Maybe dinner around 7-7:30?

The good news is a Sunday party day at MK is a beautiful thing.

I agree with the pp above. Ditch the mermaid fast pass and try for something else. I'd start in tomorrowloand and work your way clockwise. Or start in frontierland. Also as soon as you use your third fast pass, hop on the app and get another one.

If you following this plan, here is how I would think your day would go:

It sounds like you aren't really trying for rope drop. Which means you are going to hit a line for parking, longer lines for bag check and entrance, etc. If you want to do rope drop, I would think you need to leave your house at 6:30 am, arrive by 8am, be in the park by 8:30 am and be ready for rope drop at 9. If you can't do that, you are going to hit delays and I would expect it to go more like, leave house at 7, arrive at 8:30, be in the park by 9:30.

Lets say you ride your first ride at 9:30 - LM which realistically is more like 9:45 by the time you get back there. You wont be done until 10.
That only leave 1 hour before you want to head to Haunted Mansion. Without a FP at a prime time on a weekend, that may only mean 1 ride and time for a snack. What is your one ride you want to hit?
I dont see how you will ride HM at 11, get over to the other land, wait in line and ride both by noon. Plan on picking just one realistically.
Then you'll have to trek back over to Fantasyland for Rapunzel probably around 12:45 at the earliest.
Again, then you have to trek back over past the hub to get to Pirates? again, that is probably around 1:30 at the earliest?

Interesting thoughts.
It’s so hard when the fast passes don’t line up where you need them to.
I’ll try again.
I’m going to try to stick to fantasy land as much as possible because that’s my daughters niche
She only wants to meet a princess. I want the parade and the whole group wants HM.
I don’t want too many late fast passes because it limits your ability to book a 4th.

If Fantasyland is your priority then I would skip out on BTMR and Splash. Do those at the very end of the day IF you have time.

Do your LM first which puts you in Fantasyland
After that maybe hit Belle or Small World as your head towards HM (Remember Belle may be good to also meet a princess)
Do your HM fast pass
Find Lunch
Use your FP for Rapunzel
Then head over to Pirates the parade and anything else you have time for.

The best thing about you plan is that the park closes at 6, MK is never very crowded on day that it closes really early. We always go to MK on those early closing days.

Being a party day is going to be helpful as crowds tend to be lighter. Like others have said, I would ditch the Mermaid FP as it seldom has a long line in the morning. I would also encourage you to try to get there for rope drop as it GREATLY increases the number of attractions you can get in. I always look at it like the special day it is and it's worth going to bed early the night before (if possible) and getting up early that day. You could legitimately get 3 or more extra rides.
Also, if you rope drop, I would recommend knocking some stuff out in Adventureland and/or Frontierland as most of the early arrivers seem to go to Tomorrowland and Fantasyland.
If you can rope drop it puts less importance on FP's since you probably won't be getting headliners anyway.

Don't stress too much over planning. Just enjoy the special day it will be.
