**September 2019**

I am officially booked for September 15-21st so excited to be taking two of my nieces for graduation!

Welcome! You'll be there the same time as me, except we are arriving the 14th. Where are y'all staying. I also have to ask, because of your user name, are you Auburn fans? If so I have to say Roll Tide :rolleyes1

So I hesitated booking airfare and it jumped up a little. So instead of flying out of the town my sister lives in, we are flying out of Nashville. They are both about 2 hours away from us, so it didn't really matter distant wise. But now we are saving $60.00 and will just drive there super early Saturday morning (flight leaves at 6:15 am). I did purchase earlybird check in for the flight home. Our flight leaves at 4:35 So I wasn't sure what we would be doing 24 hours earlier while at the parks and didn't wanna risk forgetting to check in. MY TA has our flight info and has already got us set up for Magical Express. 222Days to go!

We live in a Nashville suburb & I absolutely love flying out of BNA. It's large enough to have great flights, but small enough that you don't feel lost.

I've only flew once and that was for a mission trip to Honduras and we flew out of Nashville then. From what I remember, it's a nice airport. Of course that was 11 years ago this month so somethings may have changed by now. Thankfully we are used t the drive to Nashville from our house since my youngest son has to go to Vanderbilt regularly so I don't think the 2 am drive will be that bad for us.

It will be easy to get there if you are familiar with coming into Nashville already. And at that time of day, you definitely shouldn't have to worry about traffic! They are doing a lot of construction on parking & routes in/out of the airport (there's no way they'll have it done by then), and there are a lot of options for parking. You can check the website to find where you want to park/how much each lot costs per day. Check-in there is easy, too. You can go through security near the SW check-in, and then just turn left and head to your gate, which will probably be one of the last ones.

But if you're a Starbucks girl, be aware there's only one and the line's always long. ;) There are other options for coffee/breakfast at that time of the day, though. DH has become partial to a cafe right as you go down the ramp, on the right. They're good, but super slow every time we're there. If we're flying out early, I always make him build in enough time to get something to eat before we get on the plane. I'm not ready to eat before we leave home, but by then, I'm starving. And there aren't really any options to hit before you arrive at the airport.

I have been following along since MamaJessie started this thread. Today we purchased airfare so I am along for the ride. Our trips to WDW have always been in April, so September is new for us. It will be myself and DH. On 9/14 - 9/15 we will be at the POP then move to CSR from 9/15 - 9/25.
Just booked Sept 3-9 at the Contemporary with free dining and MNSSHP on the 8th! Can't wait!
I am officially booked at All Star Movies for the 2nd-8th!! I am giddy with excitement!!

:welcome: and adding to roll call :)

Can you remove me from the list going. I'm postponing my trip until September 2020 when I will have more money to go for longer and maybe try a moderate :)
Will do! Since DH and I are upgrading to APs we will probably be counting down again with you next year :)

Thanks for the heads up. we have looked at the parking but will probably look more closer when its closer to time. I'm not a Starbucks person at all but I am a breakfast person so will plan to allow extra time for that cafe :)

DH and I totally forgot to check in until hours later in 2017 when it was just the two of us. We were pretty much the last two on the plane. We actually got better seats than normal, though, just not next to each other. We were near the front (we usually end up near the back) and we each got a window seat as we were both by older couples who wanted the aisle and to sit next to each other.

My family of 4 will be at Pop from Sept. 27- Oct. 5th, along with 7 other family members!

Before I booked earlybird I told hubby worst case scenario we weren't sitting together on the flight home. Since hubby can talk to anyone, it wouldn't have been that bad if we weren't but we decided just to go ahead and get it so I wouldn't stress (because yes, I'm a stresser on some things). Now I can just relax and have fun.

Not sure who I think I am but last week I spur of the moment (kind of lol) booked a free dining stay at Boardwalk (!!!!) from September 11-19th. I'm mother of the year - pulling my 12 year old and 5 year old a week into the school year ROFL ROFL

we went November 2017 and weren't slated to go back until November 2020. .but . .here we are LOL

LOL same same, but we booked end of august into labor day because my kids don't go back to school until the Thursday of Labor Day week. we were there in Sept 2017 (I pulled my kids out TWO weeks into school...oops LOL) and weren't planning to go back until 2020/2021....but here we are LOL

These things tend to happen. We went twice last year and have 3 trips planned for this year. We say we aren't going back until 2021 but who am I kidding? I know we'll sneak in a 2020 trip!

I (almost) stuck to my word! I was there last in May 2015, and I said it would be another 5 years before I went back. It will be September 2019 when I go again, and tbh I regret every year I didn't go. Life is short. Go to Disney World.
Preach it!

Hi everyone! We are trying to decide between middle of September or beginning of November this year. For anyone who has been to WDW in September what is the weather like? :)

Have you ever walked outside and have the heat/humidity practically push you back in to the room? Have you ever had to change your bra 3 times in a day because it was like the Amazon in there? Have you ever felt the sensation of swimming through soup?

That’s what it is like in September lol

Sadly my fellow September friends, I may be leaving y'all. Something came up at My hubby's work and he can not get off for the entire time we are supposed to go. We would have to cut our trip short three days. So we are checking into changing our dates to August 3rd-10th. I know may be more crowded and even a bit hotter, but that's where being from Alabama comes in handy. I'm sad I won't be in Disney on my actual birthday, but I would rather change the dates and get to stay the extra three days than to be there on my birthday.

Yikes thanks LOL! We have been the end of October, middle of November and the first week in December but never in September. I would prefer November weather but we can save so much money renting DVC and using the Canadian discount tickets if we go before September 27.
