Do you remember if there was a Dance Off last season? I'm thinking that is the only way to get rid of a bad dancer like Bobby Bones, when their fans keep voting them to stay. Don't the judges have the biggest vote in a Dance Off? If they had a Dance Off, did they pit him against someone worse? And that's how he got through the Dance Off?

I can't remember. Surely he would never make it past a dance off.

The article is rather vague. I hope they did some REAL tweaking to make this still a DANCE show. Not just some cosmetic tweaking, like more glittery costumes and even more lights they will flash in viewers eyes.

I'm glad to see they realize there might not be a season after this season if the "tweaks" they make aren't going to keep viewers.

And I'm glad they have had to consult with the BBC production of DWTS. Hope the British production is what will keep this show on track and not go the way of sensationalized stunts for the sake of ratings and controversy, over a quality dance competition with some integrity.

Somehow I completely repressed the memories that Bobby Bones won until I read it again today.

I think I have DWTS PTSD.

I forgot about him too. Except he's been showing up all of a sudden. Probably to piggyback off of DWTS advertising itself again.

I also have DWTS PTSD. I feel the urge to throw up every time I see him.
