DH was just approved for a Freedom card.

Lawd I don't even remember what it is like to get approved by Chase for something. We have lots of apps falling off over the next few months and I look forward to hitting Chase hard again. It's almost like starting over. Except I'm a little more strategic now and try to only app for longterm cards. I had to open this one because we won't ever be closing the Sapphire.

LOL, I feel you! I'm still hanging out at 9/24 although I'll be 8/24 Oct 1 and 6/24 Nov 1 and 4/24 Dec 1 so The End Is In Sight, but it's been a loooong time! I am SOO ready to drink from the CiPpy cup!!! Please oh please let it still be flowing...
Right? I'm under on 11/2... I am thirsty, lol!

:tinker: You are both able to drink from the CIPpy cup

I haven't booked flights yet, but I have booked multiple hotels, and I know I've gotten the same price I would elsewhere and my 1.5x worked as they should have. Would love to hear from others about the flight thing...

I think the issue I run into with hotels is that we often use a discount, either AAA or Fed Govt, to get a special rate. Expedia doesn't allow you to apply these rates, so the prices they show are often higher than if we booked through the hotel directly. Also, a couple times, Expedia didn't have the room/bed type we needed and only had higher priced options, so booking through the hotel directly was a better way to go.

Just did a survey that included TPG. Only asked why I wouldn't recommend them but it was nice to call him a shill. Was odd they were included with nerd wallet, sofi and credit karma. Was a different topic from what I've been getting lately on swagbucks.

I’ve run into this as well. It’s not a bad price but it’s not the best rate I would book either. That’s why I prefer to either use to pay for a cruise or to transfer points to airlines/hotels.

Back on the Delta Vacations topic...

I am ready to cancel my package (Tickets are all linked. I never got a WDW email, but the "Confirmation #" in my Delta account worked in MDE). I tried to just cancel online with the "cancel this trip" button, but it says my cancellation fee is more than the original trip cost and my refund is -$421 (I am expecting a $329 voucher). I bought the insurance, so is there a different process to cancel through the insurance?

Today is my first time packing with packing cubes and omg I actually have room in my suitcase now. These things are amazing.
Ok, I give, I have to give them a try. Kind of embarrassed to admit but I currently use jumbo ziplocks. Is there a set or size that I should start out with? I'm on the road every other week, it's a grind. I welcome anything that can bring amazing into my life. Thanks

Yes, JetBlue (and other airlines/hotels) view the UR booking as "cash" so you earn points on that travel.
Maybe airlines, but I know Hilton and Marriott do not give any type of credit when booking via UR. They see it as an Expedia reservation.

I wish the UR portal had never switched to Expedia. The previous portal did give the option of putting in membership info and I believe did give credit.

Yes, I did this for my CP last time and DH's overall velocity is very tame. I wouldn't do it now for myself, but it will be fine for him. (red cards are closed and yellow on the chopping block)

ETA: Well now I am seeing he is eligible for a sapphire come 3/1 as well. I am thinking after the next CIP and SW CP, I lay off for 6 months and then double dip?

Did he product change a CSP or Freedom to the CSR? Because the CSR didn't come out until August 2016. Just wanted to make sure you didn't get your dates wrong.

You did not get hotel credit on the previous portal either.
