- You need 2 Hilton SUBs. Amex is not going to hit you with a pop up on your first app, and if they do on your second app, you have P2. One possibility is for you (P1) to apply for two different Hilton cards back to back, as in apply for a second Hilton card while you're still working (or finishing up) the MSR on the first Hilton card, i.e., while your spend is still "high" during the MSR period and before it's had a chance to dropped off. Once your spend does drop off, you risk the pop up on future applications, but the pop up is dynamic and it's hard but possible to get rid of it.
- Have you looked into whether MS is feasible in your area as a way to increase your spend?
- Diamond status will almost certainly get you a better room, possibly a suite, which your husband/all your guests could enjoy. Complimentary breakfast for Diamond members almost always includes one guest, and sometimes all guests under your reservation (YMMV, check with the hotel or Flyertalk DPs). Lounge access almost always allows guests as well (again YMMV).

I booked two excursions for our cruise!! I’m super excited! We chose the Tour of Virgin Gorda for Tortola and the St. John Trunk Bay Beach and Snorkel Tour. They both sounded interesting so we both can’t wait! I thought we had to pay for them upfront. I’m such a newbie lol

We did the St. John one and had a great time! It is such a lovely spot!

Well they are all bad influences because I may have gotten some fudge covered Nutter Butters during my Serve run to DG

I love nutter butters but now I have to find the fudge covered ones! And, I have this weird feeling when I spend for something extra when I'm doing a deal - like yesterday when I was buying pop tarts with my Visa cards - felt like I was watching the profit disappear. Does anyone else get that feeling? I have no problem spending money separately for whatever I feel like buying - just don't like it to take away from the deal at the moment.

I was just able to trade into a second studio unit in Oahu for December. We now have a 2BR unit the first week and 2 studios the second week. Not perfect, but DDs family will be able to stay on site at the Ko Olina Resort with us. Aaaand I’m done with 0330 AM alarms to check inventory.

That sounds like a wonderful vacation !!

Lakeshore Reserve is beautiful....the pool area and grounds are much nicer than Royal Palm...we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool yesterday but will later on after we come back from the studios

negative is the distance to WDW..which we knew going in..and I think the room layout and decor at Royal Palm is nicer
But we have a 2br that could be part of a 3br...there is a door in the kitchen area to a studio....I’ve seen online there are 2brs without the studio attached

Went to Epcot last night for the food and wine festival....ate and drank...spent $140 for 3 people....

It’s also restaurant week in Orlando....$35pp for a 3 course meal...limited menu but so we are going to try some places we normally wouldn’t go to

Had to activate my sons renewal FL resident weekday annual pass....it was our birthday gift to him...I had done it about a month ago using a Disney GC....they couldn’t see the renewal on his account....good thing I had the Disney GC with me since we were using it at the festival because that was how they found it....we have never had an issue before activating passes....but I am going to keep track of the form of payment from now on and always have it with me

Ooooooh we may have a winner here! And the blue is in REI's clearance "outlet" for $33.73. I like that the water bottle pockets are not sticking out the sides. And that the pack is smaller, 17 liter instead of 20 liters, which makes a difference on a short person lol

I wonder if they have them at the outlet. I’ll check next Sat when we are in Lancaster.

I’m so jealous of these Amex Lowe’s offers. I just bought rocking chairs there today for a whopping 1% on my CF because we have no MSRs left right now. And I want to take advantage of the 3yr Disney+ Offer but again 1%. Blah.

You’ll get a free weekend night for Hilton too with the Aspire. Maybe that will help with the points for a night.

I would think the nights aren’t loaded yet if they say sold out a year in advance. Keep watching it.

I got them in Taupe. Size 8. I wear 8.5 usually but they recommend to size down since the leather will stretch over time. They fit really good. A bit snug but they’re already starting to stretch.

P2 has Amex Bonvoy Biz.... 95 AF (is it supposed to be 125?) stupid free night I'll have to struggle to find a use for.....(spoiled churn problems)...... WWYD? I'm thinking just cancel since I can't PC this to anything,right? My only concern is all of our (not) massive points are in P2's Bonvoy acct (saving to use for a couple of future nights at WDW) do I NEED this card for anything? Anything at all? I'm leaning towards getting rid of it to save on the AF. input please.
