Has anyone use fidelity? I always used dvc resale market and they are quick to get back about offers and keeping their site updated. Does fidelity keep their site updated or are listing left up once they are taken still.

I just signed a contract to purchase through Fidelity - only one listing caught my eye, and it was still available. After entering the "submit offer" online, an agent called me to discuss the details and costs, then said they would contact seller with offer. Agent called back in 10 minutes to say seller accepted. Hopefully will send to Disney in the next day or two. Just checked the site, "my" listing shows as "Sale Pending" - so it does seem pretty up to date. Good luck.

I've been watching this feed and I've seen no-go's on $160 and $165....someone posted they might try $172. I initially was thinking of $170 but after speaking with my agent, he said $170 was most likely a no-go but to try $175 and we'd have a 60% chance.

CONGRATS!!!! That was a super fast response. I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are trying to burn thru a bunch of contracts before Christmas break....of course it would just be bad form to exercise ROFR right before Christmas so they must all be a pass.... ;-)

For me, on the West Coast, it just makes more sense to own at VGC. It gives me that 11-month window. I feel if we do want to visit WDW (perhaps every other year), we can almost always book something in that 7-month window considering the time of year we'd most likely travel.
