LMTC Disneyland tickets no longer available?/Information on Refunds

Hey, I just called the 888 number. The rep told me they don't have any more of the 5-Day PHs and quoted me $323 (and change) for the 4-day PHs. Said they had seen the 5-day PHs just a few days ago, though. Just called me back as I was typing this and said they are over capacity in sales until January 1. So if your trip is for after January 1, you should be good. If you procrastinated like me because talking on the phone gives you anxiety and need the tickets in the next few days, may need to look elsewhere.

Running my numbers again in my spreadsheet since it might be better to just buy from one of the ones I can go ahead and load MP on it. The savings on the 5-day negated the inconvenience of exchanging a voucher, but I'm not sure a 4-day will.

I am intending to upgrade to a Sig+ (so happy to be getting my AP back!) so trying to maximize potential bridging amount. Even if the 5-day only showed the old value before the 2019 increase, it still was a greater discount by a decent amount than other options. But 4-day might be a push and not worth it.

EDIT: Yeah. After running the numbers, aRes is the better deal assuming that LMTC tickets might only bridge to the price prior to the 2019 increase as someone said they saw several pages back.
what is aRes? I've never heard of them.

I just called again and this time talked to Betty..extension 17809. She was SO much better and more knowledgeable than Eldon. She told me they are doing E-tickets now, not vouchers. I received the voucher right away in an email, but the e-ticket will be emailed 30 days before my date of travel (in March). I purchased 4 adult tickets ($325.77 for 5 day park hoppers) and 2 kids ($309.28). And, of course, my 9 yr old was not considered an adult (as I was previously told).

I just purchased (2) 5 day PH for January 7 - 11th and (4) 5 day PH for February 10 - 14th. Received a voucher that stated I should get my e-ticket emailed. Same price as above $325.77 for adults and $309.28 for child. Here is my contact person if you need any help .. bhope@hotelbeds.com or call directly 4076678700 ext 17518, my hours are: 12 pm-11 pm E/T Sun/Mon/Thur/Fri

I just want to pass along our experience. Time got away from me and it was two days prior to our trip before I remember to call LMTC. Voucher came through my email while I was speaking with Karen on the phone. I was able to review and confirm everything was correct before disconnecting. Arrived on our first day around 10 am. Went to the center ticket booths and waited with only one in front of me (this was Saturday December 14th). Super easy, no hiccups. Was able to add Maxpass on days we wanted it each morning. Fantastic savings. Highly recommended.

Maybe @Robo can correct me if I am wrong, but I think all tickets that would bridge to the pre-Jan 5th price increase will expire on 12/31. I can’t imagine anyone is still selling them.

Last year I was able to get the old discounted price a month or 2 after Disney raised their prices. I think it has to do with what they still have in stock.

I get that but this is 11 and a half months later...

Someone said they saw $370 as the credited amount (instead of $395) when they looked into upgrading an LMTC ticket that was bought after they went to phone purchasing only. I'll try to find it later. But I would rather have assumed that as a possibility than have been disappointed later. I also generally assume bridging may not happen at all since it's never guaranteed. It's just a nice bonus.

The fact that LMTC told me this morning they're sold out of 5-day PH for the rest of 2019 (and could only offer me one beginning January 1) makes it seem like they might have had old stock. But they did still have stock. They just wouldn't sell me one if my first day wasn't in 2020. Same price.

I agree it doesn't make sense, but LMTC has been a bit odd the last several months. I mean we've got a recent post report of an agent on the phone telling a poster that the 9 year old needed an adult ticket.

They definitely really wanted me to buy that 4-day PH, though. And seemed disappointed when I said no, I would purchase the 5-day PH elsewhere. They suggested I try buying directly from Disney and see if they could still sell me one (I believe they were trying to get me to believe all ticket vendors were sold out and my only option was the 4-day or to wait until January 1; even mentioned about the holiday and people "buying up all the tickets").

Anywho, my comments really only matter for those trying to get tickets through the 31st anyways. Many lately are getting them for later in 2020.

And they are reputable?

Yes they are. They're an authorized (through Disney itself) third party ticket dealer for Disney park tickets along with several other theme parks and attractions :yay:. They're legit.

I'd still personally go with LMTC, though, if the dates are in 2020 and a 5-day PH is wanted. They are currently the best deal and those are supposed to be e-tickets for the 2020 folks. Was voucher for the last few months of 2019.

We purchased before they switched back to e-tickets. Do you think it's worth the hassle to call to return the vouchers and repurchase for the e-tickets?

Thank you very much. I appreciate you replying so quickly!
I'm looking at 3day no hoppers for later next month, I just need to call LMTC to figure out their pricing for that.

Yay! Welcome back to the AP family! :)

It has been TORTURE not having it since end of January . But work really was insanity this year so I guess it was a good thing taking a break financially since I couldn't go anyways.

My mom didn't even try to argue when I showed her the spreadsheets I've been making comparing the different options for tickets to upgrade and what possible savings each would have. She just told me to handle it and she'll just go along with it :rotfl2:. I'm just mad at myself I let this LMTC deal slip away. Oh well! I hope others take advantage, though, of the potentially huge savings upgrading these.

Please report back if you get the 3day/1park price.

I just searched all the ticket options for your upcoming trip at the end of January and here is what I found for an Adult 4-day Park Hopper:
LMTC - $323.20 (1-Park per day was $279.77).
Sam's Club - $355.00
aRes Travel - $348.70 (plus $6 service fee)
Getaway Today - $375.00
Undercover Tourist - $351.95
Disneyland online - $380.00

I figured I had better buy right away because Disneyland raised their prices last year right after the first of the year.

Please report back if you get the 3day/1park price.
LMTC pricing ...
3day/1park = $266 per ticket or $532 total for two adults
2day/1park = $199.50 per ticket or $399 total for two adults

Yup that is what we are doing today as well

Just for others looking at this that might misread this information, it's a $2 fee per ticket. $6 fee would be for 3 tickets. LMTC is still the best deal though. I would jump on it if you can.
