This was actually on Hotwire. It's pretty much the same thing. Some people are better at decoding Priceline; I find Hotwire opaque bookings easier to figure out. At the moment, there seems to be more inventory on HW, but that's a fluid situation. Sometimes Priceline has better deals.
Yes, you can book directly through Hotwire. You can buy tickets from whomever you want, link them to
MDE, and have the 60-day window. They are exactly the same rooms with the same perks as anyone else staying there (so, you'll get free magic bands, transportation on Disney's Magical Express from MCO, access to EMH). The only thing you cannot do is buy a
Disney Dining Plan.
If you want to save a few bucks on tickets, I recommend looking at one of the authorized ticket resellers like
Undercover Tourist. Their tickets are completely legit, and if you're going for more than a couple of days, will save you money compared to booking directly with WDW
