I know this thread is older now, but I thought of it when I realized I hadn't seen any posts from @AngiTN in a while. Hoping all is ok. I'm sure there are other posters who haven't been around much either in light of the pandemic. Hoping everyone is doing well!

I hope he's doing okay. I don't know him personally, but based on his posts, I would not be surprised if he is just taking a break from the board. It's changed a lot in the last few months.

Did he ever come back and say how he was doing after surgery? I think it was his knee and was going to keep him immobile for a period of time. I sure hope it went well and that has nothing to do with why he's not around here.

I thought about him the other day when reading the budget board. He was very vocal about how he vacationed at Disney at a fraction of the cost with his family staying offsite/bringing in all food etc. Plus I think he worked in insurance because he was very helpful to people on that subject. Hope all is well.

I had assumed he was in “time out.” He liked/likes to walk very close to crossing the line on some subjects. It doesn’t appear that is the case though as far as I can tell.

I’m pretty sure it was hip surgery. He talked often about it being a problem over the years. He is one who disappears and reappears often.

There are several people who seem to have taken a leave lately. Things have been quite heated on several topics and sometimes you just need a mental break. I think of the people who frequent the CB like a bunch of siblings who’ve been in the car too long together. Sometimes you need to hit the rest stop for awhile.
