We wondered that too. Our building, 45, seemed like a lot of rooms were in use from what we saw. Lots of window decor and guests around the grounds. Our bus depot always seemed fairly busy compared to the other villages. We were in Jamaica, too, and the lot was really full. I wonder, though, if people were driving over and parking in that lot to be closer to the skyliner. I saw several cars pull up one morning and the people walk to the skyliner.
No they’re closed right now. Only center town market is open, the island marketplaces aren’t open either. Are the coke free style in each village working ?
Are people driving over from other lots at Caribbean Beach? Not other resorts right? Because I thought you still needed a dining reservation at a resort to drive your car to a resort that you aren't staying at.We were in Jamaica, too, and the lot was really full. Yes from within the CBR and not other resorts. We wondered that because the Jamaica lot closest to the skyliner would seem busy during the day but not as crowded later in the evening. We moved our car to the lot closer to our room the next day after we checked in and found our room and that other Jamaica lot never seemed as crowded as the one closer to the skyliner but I still was surprised at how many guests CBR had. Just from the lobby, pool and walks around CBR you’d never think the parks were at such low capacity. The resort didn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded but it wasn’t empty either. There’s nobody that should be driving into CBR that isn’t staying there since there’s nowhere to have an ADR now at CBR.Are people driving over from other lots at Caribbean Beach? You have to go through a guarded gate to get to CBR. When we drove in, the guard scanned our magic bands, so I assume that people from other resorts cannot come over to simply park. Are people driving over from other lots at Caribbean Beach? Absolutely agree. We drove up to the main pool and parked in a lot next to the main building. Even that didn't seem as crowded as the Jamaica lot!Yes from within the CBR and not other resorts. We arrived via Lyft and had to stop at the guard. He asked for our name and checked a list then let us in. I would assume you need to check with the guard the first time but I’m not positive. When arriving at the resort for the first time can I just go to the right for returning guests and scan my magic band? Or do I need to stop a guard entrance.

I was just wondering if anyone has stayed in Aruba and knows about how long it takes to walk to the Riviera skyliner stop? (from the closest buildings in Aruba)
And, about how long it takes to walk from those buildings to Riviera for a dinner res. Thanks
MIne were fulfilled- but I only asked for a corner room on the second floor. For anyone that has stayed at CBR recently how successful were any room requests?
