What are your top 5?

Our current favorites in no particular order.

1. Le Cellier (The cheese soup makes an awesome dip for the bread).
2. Raglan Road (We always go about 1/2hr before the show starts).
3. Liberty Tree Tavern
4. The Boathouse
5. Homecoming (The food is crazy heavy but so damn good).

Honorable mentions:
-BOG for atmosphere. I don’t care for the pre fix menu.
-Nomads Lounge. Great for relaxing in the AC with a couple of drinks and snacks.
-The Polite Pig. It’s not really table service but the food is excellent! We always sneak in lunch over here.
- City Works.
My wife and daughter watched a Youtube video on Homecoming and they were both like, "yup, MUST DO!"

Have you been to Geyser Point in Summer? I know it's outside, and looks awesome - but sitting outside in June makes me cringe lol.

lol haven’t done Geyser Point in the summer, but have done Nomad Lounge sitting outside in August and it was okay.

I imagine the breeze is better over at WL and Bay Lake than AK :rotfl:

FYI from personal experience. You don't have to stick to the allergen menu. I've requested diary-free versions of things on the menu and often it can be done. Next time you might ask if what you liked on the menu can be done seafood-free - I have been accommodated by chefs who will swap a sauce or cook part of my meal in a clean pan rather than with the rest of the batch. It helps to eat early or late rather than busiest time. Hope you're able to find more options that suit your tastes and dietary requirements.

Thanks for the info. And I am aware that I don't have to stick to the allergen nemu. But even the croquesttes that came with the chicken was on the seafood allergen menu. I asked.

In your opinion, what are the top 5 Table service restaurants at WDW? We are budgeting for our June trip and certainly have our favorites, but wanted to try a few new places. Specifically we are looking for places that fire on all cylinders (i.e. taste, consistency, theming, service, etc.).

Rose and Crown
Skipper Canteen
Teppan Edo

Our family's faves in no order:

50's Prime Time
Geyser Point
Nomad Lounge
Skipper Canteen

We're definitely an ambiance is king type of family if you can't tell. :)

We usually go for the start of dinner (around 4pm, I think). It gives us a little time for converstation and appetizers before the show starts. We haven’t been later but I imagine they repeat the show through the evening.

I don't think that we have the a top 5.. and alot of things depend what we are planning...This list was before the closure.

MK - Crystal Palace (breakfast with the characters), The Plaza, and Tony's... QS - Ray's and Columbia Harbor House

DHS - Sci-Fi ( burger and milkshakes)

AK - RainForest, Yak and Yeti and Tusker House - QS- Flame Tree

Epcot - I really can't pick 5 - Chef's de France, Coral Reef, Rose and Crown, Spice Road Tables, Tutto Italia. We also enjoy Biergarten and Tokyo Dinning... As far as QS really any of the counter services are pretty solid.

Disney Springs - Boathouse, Morimotos, Homecoming, Jaleo, Maria and Enzo's, Terrralina and the Polite Pig... as well we love T-Rex and RainForest with the grandkids...

Raglan Road
Sci-Fi Diner
Yak and Yeti
Biergarten
Hoop Di Doo Review (this is more show than sit down, but it is easily my favorite dinner when visiting WDW)...not sure if it will be open by June
So I have to amend this. This week we ate at Boathouse for the first time and it is my new #I. Everything about it was excellent...ambiance, food quality, service.

'Ohana
California Grill
Sanaa
Tokyo
Skipper Canteen

There are lots of others we like as well, mentioned in previous posts.

Want to try: Boathouse, Wine Bar George, Spice Road Table, Tiffins, Jiko.

Whispering Canyon
Garden Grill
Yak and Yeti

I have to vent....while the character experience was awesome the food at Hollywood and Vine was VERY disappointing.
