I've never been to Disney Springs but I hear it's full of restaurants. We are staying at SSR and not doing parks our first day. What are the yummier but not outrageously expensive restaurants there? Please say if they are quick service or sit down.

Thanks so much! Oh, and we like regular American, boring food!

There are so many good places to eat in The Springs.
D-Lux Burger is delicious, quick service.
City Works Eatery and Pour House is a sit down with a nice menu, bar type foods and lots of craft beers.
Homecomin' is good Southern food, their brunch is amazing.

You can search the website for places and menus.

In additions to the ones already mentioned, we like:

The Polite Pig - This is the place at WDW for BBQ.

Enzo's & Maria's Pizza Ponte - Grab a huge slice and dessert!

For sit-down, The Boathouse is my fav but I'd also recommend City Works or Homecomin...or Splitsville is always fun too! For quick service, my go-to is always Earl of Sandwich!

Wine Bar George is wonderful, but on the expensive side. Raglan Road is always a favorite. Both are table service, but Raglan Road does have an attached QS, Cookes of Dublin, that also has some good food.

Quick Service- Earl of Sandwich and Polite Pig are our favorites. I've also heard great things about Chicken Guy and D-Lux burger. My husband got Cookes of Dublin and said it was really good fried fish.
Sit Down- Wine Bar George (we also love their weekend brunch), Morimoto (my mom doesn't really like Asian food, but did love the ribs, spring rolls, and ramen. Their orange chicken is amazing too), Homecomin
Treats- we were divided, half our party liked Everglazed, the other half thought overpriced for some fancy Dunkin Donuts, Gideon's (especially their coffee cake cookie), and we always have to get a Mickey rice crispy at Goofy's. We find Amorette's very expensive for it and I work in NYC

On the sit down front my favs are Homecoming, Wine Bar George, Morimoto, and Jaleo. These range from southern food to tapas to asian so check out the menus to see what may strike your fancy but all are absolutely delicious.

We don't do a ton of quick service but D'Luxe Burger has become a favorite. I'm a sucker for good burger and fries and it always hits the spot.

Love Homecoming & Polite Pig. Always end up grabbing a Dockside Spicy Pineapple Marg too & walking around a bit.

Our go-to restaurants are Boathouse and Polite Pig. Gideon's was incredible (cookies and cold brew) and I always take home a ton of treats from the Candy Cauldron.

Others not mentioned that we liked are the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck -- a nice late night surprise when everything was packed and we were starving. Also Blaze pizza was good!

We just returned last night and the surprise of our trip this time as well as what we found to be a great bang of the buck was Raglan Road. The food was reasonably priced, and very good. Combined with the entertainment... It's a great experience and we highly recommend it. Boathouse is a standard for us and the entire menu very good.
Depending on where you are from Homecoming would be hit or miss. Ha We live in the South so, we found Homecoming just alright, but we do understand the appeal for some. (We have plenty of fried chicken and chicken fried steak places in our city and state.)

Wine Bar George and Boathouse are my favorites (both sit downs - but with bars that allow walk-ups). I wouldn't call WBG outrageously expensive but it's probably on the more expensive side (though very worth it, I think). Boathouse has a widely varied menu so while there are things on the more expensive side (steak, lobster etc.), they also have great economical choices. My favorite are the filet sliders - 2 filet mignon sliders with a pretty big side of french fries for $14. Weather permitting, I highly recommend sitting outside at their dockside bar (walk-ups - no reservation required) - it's a fun to sit on the water and watch the boats. Someone else mentioned the chicken thigh biscuits at Homecomin' - they are on their appetizer menu but are easily an entree for me. Have fun!

A lot of these will be repeats of other Disney fans. We really enjoy the Edison as a sit down, best burger hands down. Love earl of sandwich, polite pig, cooks of Dublin, homecookin and Splitsville. I know it’s a bowling alley but it has great food as well as a fun atmosphere!

Try the chuck wagon cheeseburger pizza at the main (don't know name) ssr eatery... We loved it.
