Official 2021 "Disney After Hours Boo Bash" Thread

Got our 2 for Oct 12 - used the DVC 1-800-800-9800 number (staying on our points) but opted for Spanish - on hold for about 30 minutes and got a FABULOUS CM! Easy Peasy!

It took me 61 calls to two different numbers before I finally got through to get our tickets, so don't give up! Hopefully everyone can get through to get theirs! The number I got through on was the 1-407-939-4240 that it had listed in the Boo Bash reminder e-mail I got this morning. I was on hold for about an hour and a half after I got through to this number.

Only 61??? :rotfl2:

“Thank you for calling Wal…” beep beep beep beep. *me not slamming my head on my desk and screaming in my office :sad::sad:

Just so everyone knows: I called the '7529' number above, it finally picked up and was silent for a while, then I heard the "menu voice" say "I'm sorry, I didn't get that" and so I hit 0 and it took me to the dining help desk. He said we have to call the 4240 line unless we are DVC, and the system is just bogged down, he suggested waiting until tomorrow when everything calms down, but he couldn't even transfer me.

Eeek, this is concerning, I've been on hold on that number for 1.5 hours now.

After calling many, many times, entering my DVC information and being told to call back, I chose the Spanish option. She switched to English with no issues, time on hold through purchasing tickets was 42 minutes. I received the confirmation email immediately.

anyone know how late the call center is open till probably gonna have to try after work today.
11 p.m., but every time I have dealt with these kind of waits and busy signals, they usually won't put anyone in the queue after a certain time so they can deal with all those who are already in queue before they close.

Two things.
#1. Thank you to everyone that posted their experiences. You have given me hope that tickets are possible today!

#2. Why won‘t Disney let us run these ticketing events?! We would be great at it!

I get that these events are a lot to coordinate (having enough staffing, ordering candy, taking ticket orders, staffing call centers, printing maps, etc) but why are we all running through the same door at the same time?

If the website won‘t be ready until next week, as someone said earlier, why not stagger ordering?

June 8–Tickets for August parties sold to AP and DVC members staying on-site.
June 9–Tickets for August parties sold to everyone.
June 10–Tickets for September parties sold to AP and DVC members staying on site.
June 11–Tickets for September parties sold to everyone.
June 12–Tickets for October parties sold to AP and DVC members staying on site.
June 13–Tickets for October parties sold to everyone.
June 15–All tickets available for purchase on line.

Or maybe not offer ticketing until it is available on-line? If they are afraid of the website crashing, then stagger the ticket availability so they don’t have thousands of us hitting the website at the exact same time.

Clearly today has been super frustrating!

3 hours and 20 mins later, we’re in on Oct 5th!View attachment 580677

THANK YOU FOR THIS NUMBER. After trying for like four hours, I viewed the thread earlier, saw your comment, immediately hopped on the phone, went through the prompts, and was on hold for about an hour and a half before finally being able to book my tickets for September 17th. You're the real MVP for me today hahaha

I'm home from work and joining the folks that are attempting to get Boo Bash Tickets. So far 20 times dialing and getting all circuits are busy.
Guess I'll go do the dishes and try again. And again. And again. Good luck to everyone.
