That’s great news. I was on the fence about buying VGF2 but excited about this one!

Same for me. Will be buying here 100%, barring unforeseen circumstances. Brand new building, with (hopefully) some 1 and 2 BR options? Dang it Disney just take my money already.

Surprised they announced it now. I'm all-in for VGF2, waiting for 31 MAR, already talked to an agent. This creates a small degree of uncertainty. Because I love Poly more than VGF. But then, I'm also a traditionalist, and this rendering doesn't look like a longhouse to me.

I will be very interested to see if they add to same condo association (i.e. no restrictions on resale points) and shortened deed expiration or go more towards like what they did with CC with new association + add the resale restrictions. Super excited if they bring in 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for sure!

I was going to buy a small vgf2 contract in a couple weeks and am glad I waited because I’d much rather buy at the poly! My only hesitation is what the price per point will be in two years? Maybe it’s better to buy vgf2 now and use the points to stay at the new poly?

So what does this do to Poly resale prices…..lol. I assume given what happened with VGF that it will launch at whatever price DVC costs in 2024! Probably in the neighborhood of $220-$225.

By 2024 prices could be closer to the $230+ mark

I'm hoping for decent incentives that will make it 205-210 for existing members. That would be my guess (hope)
