Poly DVC expansion coming 2024!

Do we expect an insane point chart? That is the biggest difference between a Poly expansion and the GF expansion. GF already had point charts in place, Poly has no charts for 1BR and 2BR villas. It is a blank canvas for them!
An interesting sub-plot here is how it relates to the 2-BR Poly Bungalows. They are notoriously over-priced in terms of points.. but they couldn't do anything about it without hiking up the point requirements for studios.

This tower could be an opportunity to relieve the bungalows of all of that point pressure and bring it down a bit. This would, of course, mean that they new accommodations would be a higher point requirement.

i agree on this. The bungalows could really benefit from being in a much larger point pool so that one point in many rooms would alleviate the need for a chunk off points in the bungalow

Yes, I think you should expect a VGF like point chart. The studios are similarly priced already.
 
Anyone know why Copper Creek was done as it’s own association vs not being part of Boulder Ridge? Jambo was added to Kidani correct? Grand Floridian was added as well? Current poly owner and would love a 1 bedroom option!
 
2 things I caught on the press release,,,largest studios on property,,,and unique 2 bdrm bungalows,,,so studios at a bigger point per night then existing and more over priced bungalows.

If no one told me this was the Polynesian expansion, I’d think this is a nice Marriott anywhere. I LOVE the Polynesian but let’s hope this rendering is missing a lot of what’ll make this look and feel Polynesian. MORE TIKI TORCHES PLEASE!
Yeah it looks like a mid-range hotel or nice apartment complex in Austin or Phoenix. I am excited for more 1&2 bedrooms in the area given Poly1 and VGF2 are all studios more or less.
 
Copper Creek opened in 2017. Boulder Ridge expires in 2042.
correct,,all the new add ons are around 10years or under, so stay with same condo assoc.,,,same as using the same expire date early on when adding HH,VB,BWV,BC when OKW is the only that had true 50years.
