That thread reminded me of childhood treats. I remember loving Bomb Pops.

I have Bomb Pops in my freezer right now too. They taste fine to me..they are my 'go to ' after doing yard work

Ding Dongs back when they were still wrapped in foil. We used to try to remove the foil without tearing it. I remember them as tasting wonderful. They are now wrapped in mylar, the filling is greasy, the cake is dry, and the “chocolate” coating is waxy. I’m sure that’s how it tasted to adults back in the day.

Coal tar? Maybe something is wrong with your tastebuds.

We have some and they taste great. We have the red, white, blue and the crush grape,orange, strawberry. At only 40 calories a pop, they are a great summer treat!

And I noticed serving size is THREE, so they are smaller.

We bought them from the ice cream truck and they called them bomb pops so Rocket Pops is probably right.

It is confusing that we have two foods called rockets, but it’s easy to know what one someone is talking about.

I remember Screaming Yellow Zonkers. I also remember Koogle. It was flavored peanut butter and it had a weird texture and it tasted nasty!
