I did my Best buy and Home Depot on Oct 2, Sunday and the purchases have already posted as October 2, so, I think you will be fine. It may take a week or more to get the credits.
I did the same, mine have posted also. Silly me, I took DH and DS with me and ended up with 2 more Halloween blowups on the front lawn. At least I saved $10 on them (assuming the credit posts). I still have CVS, McD, Jimmy John's, Macy's and Dollar Tree 20% but I'm pretty sure I'll only use CVS.

Lots of new Chase 10% ShopDisney offers just showed up on my cards - especially business cards.

None of my new offers are getting marked with new in the corner? Is this happening to anyone else? It's like amex and I have to remember what offers are there now and I just don't want to use that brain capacity for it :D

Yes it does that for me quite frequently. I just glance and see if there is anything I would possible use and add it.

I checked reddit but didn't see any dps on this. On like 3 Chase cards I have an offer for $20 off YouTube TV when you spend $54.99 or more. I have an existing subscription. Any reason to think this wouldn't work on an existing subscription? Either the Chase offers have been pretty good lately or I haven't been paying enough attention.

I think you’ll be fine. The only offer that hasn’t worked was a gift card online order from Best Buy.

He's watching my dogs for five days next week when I go to Cleveland. He watched them for two days when I went to Atlanta and they all seemed stressed when I got home!
I have had a really hard time finding sitters for my dog for the upcoming busy holiday season, and have spent hours on Rover going through various profiles since he's not an easy dog to find the right sitter for. He doesn't get along with all dogs, will adjust to cats but it takes a mellow cat and at least a day before he stops barking at it, be carried up and down flights of stairs (he had emergency back surgery two years ago when he became paralyzed - fortunately I had just received the Amex Plat and I exceeded that MSR within a day), and has food allergies so he shouldn't eat another dog's food. The Rover sitter that I used just a couple weeks ago raised her daily rate from $40 to $65 after he stayed with her. Most of the sitters within 20 minutes of me seem to charge $50-$55/day on average, although I've seen some at $150/day.o_O

So to me, having your DS watch your dogs seems like a blessing.:-)

I’ve never had “new” show up (I use the app - not sure if the website is different?). They seem to get added such that new offers show up first, with older offers at the end.

On this same issue, does anyone know of a way to pre-pay YouTubeTV? Mine just paid last week, so next is 10/27 and then 11/27. I don't really get the wording on this, the payment must be made after the offer expires?

I have lot's of Chase questions today LOL. Anyone use Quicken? P2 new CIC, whenever I try to download the transactions, it tells me that part of the site isn't working. I can download any of his other cards on the same login, just not this one. It's been like this since we got the card.

Lastly, P2 got this email, I didn't do anything to start an upgrade, anyone know what this offer is?
Why not dream bigger?

Thanks for your input on this! I hate to hear that it was bad sound! And it’s always difficult to know, is it the artist’s setup/sound system or is it the venue.
The problem with our home stadium in atlanta is that it’s closed, so the sound has no where to go, it can get so loud and muffled, and there is terrible reverb and can’t hear anything when they are talking either. If they open the top up though the sound can be decent. You just never know what’s gonna happen with that. And this is one of my favorite artists and I don’t want to risk it being bad sound again. We saw The Weeknd a few months back and the sound was so terrible, we said it was the worst concert we’ve been to ever (and we’ve been to 30+). I’ll probably look into flights to New York at this point, as I’m pretty happy with all the concerts I’ve seen at MetLife stadium. Hopefully some URs and AA miles will be put to good use.
Too bad it is not at Wrigley Field. Not a Cub fan , lol, but the sound there for concerts has been great.

I can't seem to find a way to prepay it, which is disappointing because I have this offer on four cards now. Because of the funky wording, I'm hoping to take advantage of one in Oct and one in Nov.

I generally only look at chase offers in the app and they used to always have a little new in the corner until this past week. The new ones are normally at the top but the new 5% shop dis ones weren't at the top.

It's fine on my Disney card that has less than 10 offers but the rest, esp my hyatt biz, has so many. Much easier to miss stuff.

Mine is the same way.

I got the Cap One Venture X last November. I just signed up DD for an authorized user so we can have 2 PP when traveling, that will cover all of us. Will the approval date for DD be November 2021 or will it be today's date? Trying to keep track of her 5/24 cards as well.

Has anyone ever seen any Princess Cruise offers on either Chase or Amex? I have had nearly every cruise line on one or the other, but can't recall Princess. We are getting ready to book one to Alaska next year and was hoping for some kind of offer!
i used one 3 years ago, it wasnt specifically target princess cruise but a few cruise lines that include princess. was $100 off $500.

I had my new reading glasses for three weeks before I lost them. This is not good!

I hear you. I have an almost 16 year old who has to be carried up and down stairs and a high energy 1.5 year old. So I've scoured Rover and really don't want someone with a dog watching them unless it's small and older. Then there is the sleeping arrangements. The younger dog sleeps with me. My son swore she wasn't sleeping in his bed but where do you think she slept? And putting them in someone else's house is stressful. Then feeding (half Farmer's dog, half kibble) and meds gets involved.

And OMG on the rates. I had some pretty reasonable options ($50/day for both dogs).

I won't say I won't be stressed while I'm gone (mainly because the older one sometimes wakes me up at night to go out by panting and he'll sleep through that and the younger one won't go out on her own and he's impatient), but hopefully I'll come home to two dogs and a 17-year old who knows he's about to get a PS5 partly because he did something responsible for once in his life!

I hear ya on that stress!! We have a dog with epilepsy, so we are not comfortable leaving him with anyone but our current sitter. We will live him with our son, for a few days, but we prefer her. She has raised/bred/trained dogs all her life and she stays here at our house the entire time.

I juggle about 25-30 cards at any given time and so does DH. We generally will focus all spend on whatever card’s MSR we are working on. Post it notes with the bonus categories written down is a good strategy starting out so you know what card to use out of your wallet. I only keep cards in my wallet that offer bonus categories I regularly use. I will add in sock drawer cards if there is a Chase offer or Amex offer I am going to take advantage of and then back in the sock drawer they go.

A good number of the cards I keep are sock drawer cards. I don’t put frequent spend on them because the bonus categories arent as valuable to me as a same bonus category on a different card with a different point structure and ecosphere. For example, I keep two Aspire cards and so does P2. The annual free night certificate on each one combined with the annual resort statement credit and annual airline credit make it worth keeping. They stay in a drawer until I visit a Hilton property.

Other sock drawer cards are kept for a given benefit that holding the card offers. Every January, I will pull out the sock drawer cards and reload an Amazon gift card with each one so that I can keep them active. I highly recommend keeping a spreadsheet that details when you opened a card, when sign up the bonus posted, what was the bonus when you closed the card, the statement closing date, annual fee, credit limit and other details. When you get to juggling multiple cards and begin churning cards, this information will be helpful.
I feel like such an amateur! So you are mostly using a couple cards at a time with a lot set aside?

In general there's three types of card spending:

1. Meeting the Minimum Spending Requirement (MSR) for a Sign Up Bonus (SUB). Example: Spend $500 within 3 months to earn 20,000 Ultimate Rewards points on the Chase Freedom card.
2. Spending on a card that gives bonus points for a particular category (e.g. Groceries, Dining, Gas, Travel, etc.)
3. All other purchases that do not fit into specific categories (e.g. Shopping at Macy's or Amazon)

If you're meeting an MSR, the value of the SUB will almost always outweigh the bonus points you earn in the other two categories from regular spending, so prioritize earning the SUB. I usually carry 1-2 cards for categories I regularly purchase such as Groceries, Gas and Dining. Then I carry one "daily driver" that has a decent multiplier on ALL non-category spending, such as the Chase Freedom Unlimited (1.5x UR) or American Express Blue Business Plus (2x MR).

So, I'm either using 1 card for a SUB or 1-3 cards for regular spending. Once you get familiar with the hobby, it's not hard to remember. The rest of my cards go into a business card holder that I keep in a drawer (aka the "sock drawer" cards). I use Quicken to track my SUBs, when I make a credit card payment, I subtract it from the MSR. I use a spreadsheet to track everything else (e.g. date opened - so I can cancel before an annual fee hits, whether I met the SUB, credits I still have to spend if applicable or whether I have a free night certificate earned, as well as all of my current point balances and redemptions).
