ANNUAL PASSES ARE BACK!!!

I am now getting to express check out ... entered my payment information and was magically booted from the system ....
Just got to the payment page and entered my details... now it's just hanging on the dreaded Woody page of death.
 
I just got off the phone with a nice woman and she said the same thing - if you're upgrading tickets into passes, they can help on the phone. New purchases have to wait for a different department. She recommended calling DVC member services when
Can anyone confirm successfully getting a ticket upgrade? Phone? Online? What number?
 
I called (407) 939-7679 and got the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" for about 5 minutes, and after calling repeatedly, it connected. The cast member located my cart ID and was able to order the two Sorcerer Passes. Got the confirmation email a moment ago. Good luck to everyone calling in!

I was able to upgrade our park hoppers to AP’s. I had also received the message about DVC passes not available while I was on hold. She said I was one of the lucky ones because she could assist with upgrading existing passes, but new purchases would have to go through DVC. I was telling her that communications from DVC did not state that anywhere, (which of course she knew). She was awesome and very thorough, good luck all!
 
Character meet and greets are back, and by that, they mean the dwarves…

Phone system recording says they can upgrade tickets but not sell new passes, still 100min wait.
 
All set I called 407-939-7702 was able to get my 1 day tickets upgraded to the Sorcerer Pass. Logged in my account and they are there. Used 2 gift cards and credit card to make the purchase. The rep was very helpful and patient!
 
What number did you press after you got through? 1 for DVC member?

I know you meant this for the poster I quoted, so here is their answer:

When I called, there was no menu. There was the pre-recorded Disney speech at the beginning, then it just said they were experiencing higher than normal call volume (shocking) and then it put me through to a CM right away.

Must be ... got through and the cast member said that maybe someone got through to IT Help, because no-one else can book passes via phone yet - only DVC Member Services after 9 am ...
 
I got past the check out page for about 5 seconds, it then kicked me back to summary page. SO frustrating!!!!
