In order....

Tonsillectomy at 4 years old
Impacted Wisdom Tooth extraction (4) I don't consider regular fillings or extractions as surgeries.
Carpal Tunnel (both wrists each done at separate times)
Surgical repair of a completely severed quad muscle from a fall.
Cataract Surgery (both eyes at separate times)
Kidney Stone Surgery (two separate times)
Pacemaker implant
Cardiac catheterization which can only be described as interesting.
Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion at almost 74 years old.

The ones in blue were within the last 20 years. Seems like a lot, but considering I took zero health precautions over that 70 years time, I feel I've been quite lucky.

Hmmm not giving out private health information to strangers thanks.
You have to be kidding. I don't know who the hell you are or for that matter what possible thing could happen to you for just listing something. I have been a member of this board for 21 years. I am not mining and cannot even think of a reason that such information would be used in any way to harm you individually. No one except your friends might even know who you are unless your actual name is CdnCarrie. You could be one of billions of people in the world and I don't have the time to figure out which one of those people you are so shut off the paranoia and if you don't want to reply just move along. It has always been your right to not respond to anything at all, but to interject that I might have some less than honorable reason to create this post is downright insulting.

Define surgery.
I don't consider a root canal surgery.
Not sure MOHs is surgery.
Everything I have had to date was done on an outpatient basis including hernia repair
About to have an ablation, that will require my first hospitalization.
